Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish!
Communication was excellent throughout and they were perfectly on time for both our journey from Exeter to Bristol Airport and our return journey home.
We had two different drivers for the outward and return journeys, and both were fantastic — extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Both journeys were comfortable and completely stress-free.
The vehicle was lovely and incredibly spacious. There were five of us travelling with 5 large suitcases, 5 carry-on bags plus handbags, and there was plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage.
I honestly couldn’t recommend AATransfers highly enough. Fantastic communication, reliable, professional and genuinely friendly service. I will definitely be using them again without a doubt!
Excellent service, on time , despite road closures, driver was able to find alternative route without any fuss or issues. Vehicle was perfect and highly complemented by my guests. Perfect start and finish for our stay in Devon.
Used AA transfers for the first time this week with a short notice Sunday trip from South Devon to Exeter airport and a Bristol airport to Devon trip later in the week. Absolutely outstanding experience in all ways! Easy to book and pay, good prices, flexible with booking change, responsive, excellent communication, punctual, friendly drivers and clean and comfortable high standard cars. Highly recommend.
We used this company for a return transfer to Exeter Airport from Alphington for 8 passengers. The communication to arrange it was great via WhatsApp, reliable and despite pur flight being delayed driver was still there waiting. Friendly driver, clean cars and price. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking for future trips.
We can’t recommend Advance Airport Transfers highly enough!
A huge thank you to Marcus and Antony for providing an absolutely first-class service from start to finish. They were both professional, friendly, and great to chat with, making the journey enjoyable as well as stress-free.
They got us safely to and from our home in Plymouth and Exeter Airport, and everything was perfectly organised. The vehicles were immaculate, they were always on time, and the whole experience was faultless.

Brilliant service, from booking to picking us up, the whole experience was amazing. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them 100% to anyone needing a transfer. The cars were amazing. On time, great communication, arrived smart and made us feel like VIP. To top it off very affordable.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team of drivers for such excellent service in my recent booking. Your communication and support around the original booking and any changes after that were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Great job!
We recently used for a family trip of 7 to Heathrow from Exeter and return. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout, from pre booking enquiries to messages prior to arrival and on return. Our driver, Martin, was helpful and friendly. Excellent service, would recommend!
Highly recommended, absolutely fantastic service, sorted us out at short notice after being let down by another internet booking provider!
Just so helpful with great communication and such a great experience from start to finish.
Thank you so much for rescuing the day and outstanding customer service.
Absolutely top-class service from start to finish. Everything was arranged smoothly and professionally, making the whole airport transfer completely stress-free. The driver kept in contact via WhatsApp throughout, checking flight updates and ensuring everything was on schedule. On arrival, they were already waiting for us at arrivals, which was a great touch after a long flight. Friendly, reliable, and highly professional service — would definitely use again and highly recommend.
What an amazing company
Kept me informed of updates etc we had two fantastic drivers
They drove perfectly were spot on with timings etc
Won’t hesitate to use them again in the future
Highly recommended
Used them twice (to and from exeter airport) reliable, on time, friendly drivers !!
Highly recommended !!
We used AA transfers recently, from the initial contact to delivering us at our final destination everything was first class. My husband, in his 90s is blind, this was the first time we were travelling since he lost his sight. Marcus put my mind at rest right from the initial contact. He explained how they frequently deal with airport assistance and how it worked. When we landed I received a message from Kristof, our driver, and was able to update him as we had a long wait at Passport Control. Kristof drove us for 3 hours to our destination, we were comfortable and felt relaxed and safe after a long day. Kristof also collected for our return journey much to our delight.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company and they will be our first call in the future.
I’ve used this service twice now, both from Bristol Airport to Exeter and late at night too (10.30pm). As a female solo traveller I’d highly recommend this professional, safe, courteous service. Communications were fantastic & they even supplied a video clip of directions out of the airport to the collection point. Excellent service and excellent driver (big shout out to Martin who was my driver on both occasions & the prefect gentleman, thank you AA Transfers!)
These guys are great, really friendly professional service, on time, good rates. Highly recommended.
I used this service to take me from Exeter to St Austell, Cornwall, at extremely short notice when my connecting train was cancelled due to bad weather. They were very efficient and friendly. Easy online payment and good communication. The driver was very friendly and polite. Highly recommend
