My experience at A & A Associates had some challenges. The work culture could be improved, as there was a lack of stability and employees sometimes faced sudden termination without much notice. The cost of setting up business services also seemed higher compared to other companies offering similar services at lower prices. Additionally, internal politics sometimes affected the work environment. Improving transparency, employee support, and organizational structure could make the workplace better for future employees.

للأسف كانت تجربتي مع هذا المكتب سيئة جداً. في البداية عندما يريدونك كعميل يتعاملون بأسلوب جميل، لكن بعد ذلك الخدمة تصبح ضعيفة وغير مهنية. أشعر أن التركيز فقط على أخذ المال وليس تقديم خدمة حقيقية. تعاملت مع بعض الموظفين مثل أنس في قسم المبيعات، معتز، ومحمود، وللأسف كان أسلوبهم غير محترم أحياناً، ومعظم الكلام مجرد وعود بدون تنفيذ. تعاملت معهم أكثر من مرة لأن لدي معارف وناس، لكن بصراحة التجربة لم تكن جيدة. أشعر أيضاً أن الإدارة والرقابة على الموظفين ضعيفة، وهذا واضح في طريقة التعامل مع العملاء. بكل صراحة لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been very disappointing. At the beginning, when they want you as a customer, they speak very nicely, but after that the service becomes very poor and unprofessional. It feels like the focus is only on taking money rather than providing proper service. I dealt with several staff members such as Anas in the sales department, Moataz, and Mahmoud, and unfortunately their attitude was sometimes not respectful. Most of the time it was just promises without real results. I have dealt with them more than once because I know many people, but sadly the experience was not good. It also seems that there is very little management supervision over the staff, which clearly affects the way customers are treated. Honestly, I do not recommend dealing with them.

I had an excellent experience with A&A Associates. They handled the entire process of incorporating a company owned by a foreign investor from start to finish, and the service was outstanding. From company incorporation to obtaining the investor visa and issuing the Emirates ID, everything was completed very smoothly and in a remarkably short period of time; the entire process took only about two weeks. A special thanks to Lamya Fathima, who managed the whole process. She was extremely professional, respectful, and highly responsive throughout. She kept us consistently updated at every stage and clearly understood the urgency of opening the company quickly. Thanks to her dedication and efficiency, the entire process was handled seamlessly. I highly recommend A&A Associates to anyone looking for reliable and professional corporate services in the UAE.

They promised payment installments for company registration, but their lack of transparency and responsibility led to significant financial losses. Registered my company, Ev****, in Ajman Free Zone, but visa got rejected due to their delays. Now they're demanding AED9,000 for a freelancer visa or AED20-25% penalty to cancel registration. Additional suggestions to register a new company in Dubai Main /Free Zone would cost 13,000 - 20,000AED! Their incompetence and greed are appalling. I've lost 22,000INR on visa extensions due to their mishandling. Don't trust A&A Associate with your business! They'll take advantage of you. A&A guided me step-by-step with clear documentation and a phased approach, which brought a lot of structure and confidence. Even with normal UAE weekend slowdowns, things progressed as expected once the week resumed.
