I called A1 Technicare having minutes before also spoke to two other local washing machine repair Co’s who were unable to come out, albeit it was short notice.
Lee of A1 Technicare however, instead of coming out and charging, suggested he knew what was wrong and I could likely correct the problem myself. Lee carefully explained what I needed to do - the machine would not rid itself of waste water and went into fault mode - and just 20mins later, I’d easily fixed the problem myself, with Lee’s over the phone guidance.
