We turned to A & A Services when an old storm door needed to be replaced. Friends recommended them, and the quality of A & A’s work and the products installed at their home was evident. Right from the start, we have been very pleased by our experience with them. They are responsive, professional, and truly, refreshingly customer-service oriented. Our job was small but we were never treated like our business was inconsequential. There were no high-pressure sales pitches either. We explained what we wanted, learned about the options available, and now have a beautiful new door that was installed professionally. This experience was better in every way than when we shopped in a big box store a few years ago for a new porch door. We would not hesitate to call on A & A Services again, nor should you.

Just had A&A come by to replace all of our windows. From the sales experience through the job itself, these guys were stellar. Jerry was incredibly clear on the product, options, features, quality, warranty, and scheduling. The hardware arrived almost a month ahead of schedule (just in time to get the job done before the 90 degree weather set in!) and I got a call on Friday to schedule the job the following Tuesday. When the guys showed up, they were incredibly professional, well coordinated, and the camaraderie was clear. The quality of the work was second to none. Ahead of schedule, on budget, no muss, no fuss. Would happily use them again, and recommend to anyone. Update 7/12/2026: We had A&A back to replace our entry doors. Once again they knocked it out of the park. We love the new doors, and they handled the entire process in one quick day. I left for work in the morning and came home to a beautiful new look for our home. Thanks again, guys!

It’s not often that you have a 100% positive experience from start to finish when dealing with a home contractor, but that was the case with our recent project. We needed to replace a portion of our siding in order to spruce up the front of our house, so I called A&A for a quote. Eric took my call and he scheduled someone to come in out in just a few days. Sean, a long time employee, arrived on time. He took one look and immediately knew the brand and color of the siding that I needed to match. He listened to what I needed done, then made a few other minor suggestions that I hadn’t thought of and they made sense. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He then wrote up a detailed quote and he explained it thoroughly with no pressure. The office communicated when the job would begin and everyone arrived on time. The whole crew was very professional and friendly. Everyone worked hard and quickly and Sean and another checked on the progress throughout the day. Cleanup was thorough and all the debris was picked up the next morning. Sean then stopped by to check out the job and make sure we were satisfied. It’s amazing how quick and painless the whole process was. I highly recommend giving A&A a call for your next project.

A&A did a great job installing two new exterior doors for my 100+ year old 2 family home. It required some carpentry finesse, and is now the newest, best looking part of the home. No more snow drifts inside. (should have done it a long time ago) And reasonable price.
