Jeff George did an excellent job inspecting our new home and explaining all of the items on the report. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood everything. Jeff showed up early and got right to work. I don't see that happen much these days. We also had a Radon test scheduled and due to an error it didn't happen as expected. Kari and Kevin went beyond my expectations to fix a small mistake that could have happened to anyone. I highly recommend 840 Inspections!!

We couldn’t be happier. Even though we are purchasing new construction, we wanted to be sure that the house was in top condition. We Do not live anywhere near the house we are buying we’re not able to be present for the inspection. The throes of the job that was done and the detail in the report and video were incredible. I would highly recommend this company.

I was happy with the inspector, he was very nice and I think he found everything he needed to find and did a thorough job inspecting the only reason I’m giving 4 starts is bc the inspection report was very generalized. The report didn’t go into much detail and I wish he would have taken more pictures from different distances rather than just close up. My brother is a home inspector and he agreed that the report was just someone checking the boxes they needed to check instead of spending time helping the buyer really understand what was found and the severity of it. But overall I was. Happy with my experience and I do think they take their time during the inspection and can betrayer to find the issues that need addressing

Chris did a very thorough job on the inspection of the house we are purchasing. He went over each item individually and answer any questions that we had. We know we have a great blueprint of items that need to be immediately fixed and long-term maintenance. Would highly recommend.
