Scott Strange and assistant exceeded my expectations. Scott called when they were 45 minutes out, arrived on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. No mess! Scott also gave clear instructions as to water softener maintenance. Plus, so thankful for same day service!!

Adrian the Tech was wonderful as usual. The answering service and office is struggling to maintain the standards that were in place when it wax Schneider’s 72 Degrees . However Courtney in the office was great . I’ll ask for her in the future..

Robby and Jordan came and advised me on a decision where I wanted to get a whole house water softener and a tankless water heater. I did not realize that electric tankless water heaters were unreliable and had sediment issues, I also did not realize a water softener system required an external water loop which is very expensive to install. Robby recommended installing a descaler to my water heater which would reverse the calcium deposits in my plumbing and he installed it the day of his visit...an alternative that I am sure was much cheaper. I appreciate the time he took to show me and explain to me everything that he was doing. I would definitely use 72Degrees again for my plumbing needs.

1 star because I can’t do 0. Paid $20k+ for new HVAC system 3 years ago. Oct 4 they sent me a reminder email for service reminder. 4 November same thing. I booked for today, 5 Dec. coordinated time off work to be home. Called them last evening to make sure all was good, remind them of MY phone number, as I would be the one at home. This morning @0738, i got a text and email “on the way”. 0930 I called them and asked where the Tech was?! Oh, appointment was booked incorrectly so we cancelled the appointment. No call, no text, no email. Screwed me out of 2 hours of my annual leave. I am also a Veteran, so they also did no favors there. I will NEVER use them again. For ANYTHING.

Very prompt service. This is the third time Robert has worked at our homes (twice in Mason & this one in Kerrville). He is excellent! Very friendly & very professional. I think this is the quickest plumbing service we’ve ever had. Thanks!
