Affinity did a great job today replacing an old reverse osmosis system in my kitchen with a new system. David also improved the RO drainage connection rather than use the existing one. I greatly appreciate the way David conducts business. He provides recommended options, explains his rationale, and does a great job installing the product. I highly recommend Affinity Plumbing.
I have used them over the years for RO system install, tankless water heater install and recently for descaling of the tankless water heater. The plumbers are licensed, very knowledgeable and professional. They take their time to answer my questions and walk me through everything. After some bad experiences with some other companies, they’re a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.

Great company! When I called to schedule the appointment, Jennifer was very friendly and upbeat. She got me a same day appointment and the plumber David did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. This is my first home with a tankless water heater and he took his time to explain the flushing process to me and show me how the equipment actually works. On top of that, my quote was about $150 less than my builder’s plumber. If you want quality work done at a reasonable price, I highly recommend them!
Update (4 months later): The true test of an exceptional company. Four month ago, the company replaced our tankless water heater. They did a fantastic job. Fast forward four months (first heavy rain since the water heater was replaced), I noticed a leak in our attic during a heavy rain coming from the area where the tankless water heater exits our roof.
I call Affinity on a Sunday morning at 8am. The owner is at my house by 12:30pm. He inspects, identifies a gap in caulk on the roof. He seals it up, and seals other unrelated spots on our roof that he saw. It stormed again today, issue resolved. Having a company stand by their work/warranty is too rare. Highly recommend Affinity.
