Jack and his team recently carried out an almost full roof replacement across three separate pitches. This included stripping back the lead gullies and removing all cement tiles and membrane. We had a complex issue caused by poor airflow, resulting in condensation that damaged the roof throughout. We had several roofers come to assess the problem, but we chose Jack because he offered a range of options and had thoroughly researched our condensation issue. He also provided a reasonable and fair price for the work carried out. This included replacing the gullies with a felt system, installing a new breathable membrane, a dry ridge system, Celotex insulation between the rafters, and new tiles. He assigned a number of people to the job, and they were able to complete the work within a few days. It will take some time to know whether the work has fully resolved the condensation issue, but I can’t fault Jack’s willingness to get this problem sorted for us. I would highly recommend 5 star

Jack from 5 Star Roofcare was excellent, just what we needed for our roof - competent, thorough and honest with us throughout the job. He was very responsive, coming out to look at our roof the next working day after my initial call, and he was happy to spend time talking through all the details and options of what we could do to fix the problem. The fact all of his work is guaranteed is really reassuring, and it means I can stop stressing out about having problems in the future again. All I can say is I hope we don't have to redo a roof again, but if I did I'd be calling Jack back!

Jack came to rectify an issue with my conservatory roof left by my builders. He installed lead flashing and tape on one if the polycarbonate roof panels to prevent leaking. He tested it thoroughly with a hose before he left and cleaned the guttering for me too. Excellent service- thank you!
