Moved a 2 bedroom apartment worth of things from a POD container across the city, in to a U-Hail, and back out and in to our 4th floor apartment. Everything went great from the moment of our first quote and the moving crew was super nice day of. Did the whole move in an impressively quick amount of time while still taking care of our items perfectly.

I just had an inter apartment move and I was conscious about price and availability. When move time came around, Kevin and Omar were absolutely fantastic and service was added to my factors. They were friendly, hard working, and extremely gracious to have my business. I will absolutely hire them again and ask for their specific service. A company named 5 star movers has to back up that name, and they absolutely do and then some. Thank you again!

DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS! Price gouged the service to move several heavy pieces of furniture. I literally moved 4 blocks down the street. My quote doubled ( to over $1100) by the time the 3 workers finished. They left my heavy dresser on the opposite side of the bedroom, refused to come back and fix their mistake. Nick wanted me to sign a contract that I wouldn't bash his stupid business and then he would be willing to send someone out to move my heavy dresser. On top of that, the "crew" drilled extra holes into my bed frame. Nick was very rude and has poor management customer service skills. Money hungry over quality at its finest.

We appreciate the feedback, even a year later. Our pricing is hourly and agreed to upfront, and final costs depend on actual time and inventory. Our guys should have confirmed placement before leaving and we own that. Given how that evening unfolded, we made the call that an agreement was necessary before returning. We genuinely wish this one had gone differently.
