Did our first move with 5-Star Movers, and they lived up to the 5-Star name! Malcolm, Dustin and Nick were the moving crew, and were great across the board. We ran into some issues outside of their control (loading dock door at our old building was malfunctioning, etc) but they were able to find workarounds. They did such quick work that they came under the scheduled time and estimate. Communication with 5-Star leading up to the move was solid, and the move itself was smooth. Thank you to the 5-Star team, with a special shout out to Malcolm, Dustin and Nick!

Update: Worked with 5-Star Movers again for a second time. Same A+ service! Definitely one of the best in business.

The move was really easy to schedule and they worked great scheduling the move. During the day of the move, the movers called me to see if they could move up the time of the move, and at the end of the call, stated "sounded faggoty" to his coworker after talking to me and didn't realize he hadn't hung up the phone. 3 pieces of my furniture had tiny spots on the corners that were chipped off. Definitely good for moving on short notice and price was reasonable.

I worked with Nick to plan my move. He was incredibly helpful, respectful and upfront about all costs. He followed up in a timely manner as well which is quintessential when moving. Their pricing is very fair and on par with the area. I will only be using 5 Star Movers from here on out.
Nick and his team at Five Star Movers exceeded every expectation. Nick originally came in as a client at our Hyperbaric Center, and when we needed help moving extremely heavy equipment, he stepped up without hesitation. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care they showed throughout the entire process was outstanding. You can tell this company takes pride in doing things the right way. I could not have asked for a more thorough or compassionate team. Highly recommend.
I had movers Omar and Cha Her and they were great. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and took care of my items with care. They were on time, and were very friendly. I appreciated being able to use Zelle as an option to pay. I also am grateful for how affordable a 2 hour move was especially compared to other moving companies. I would recommend them for your next move!
