Extremely poor managers on first shift. Terrible gossip. Terrible communication. After awhile working there it gets worse every year. First shift manager ladies are absolutely terrible people! Just terrible. They are lazy and mean. They don't help you out like the other shift managers do. They talk behind your back and make you feel like your a piece of terrible Pros: Work at your own pace Cons: Gossip!

We've ordered a few times from 4imprint and are always satisfied. Our most recent experience made us loyal customers. We ordered custom baseball hats with embroidery on the front and back. When they arrived, only the front embroidery was done. Looked great, but we had paid extra for the embroidery on the back, so we contacted their customer service. They responded quickly, requesting photos, which we sent right away. They responded by letting us know a new shipment would be sent out for free. And we received the second shipment within a few days, done perfectly. Bravo, 4imprint!

Overall great Working from home can be isolating. I’ve found that teams don’t really communicate very well. Kind of a “no news is good need” which I find tough. Hard to know expectations. The company is wonderful, lots of activities, great community presence, and well above average pay. As the company grows I think any kinks will get addressed.

I reached out to their customer service, fully expecting to deal with the usual back-and-forth or complications. Benefits are great, management is poor Management is poor, inconsistent and has become VERY numbers driven in the last 2 years . They approve product to continue running on the line and to be sent to customers knowing quality is poor and may result in claims. Management greatly lacks in the core values of 4Imprint, knowingly sending out product that will stain once the customer washes it. Seems like shady business practice to me.Moral at DC location is low.Benefits are great. Food trucks are awesome, but that's about it.

Amazing place to work! I’ve been employed with 4imprint for a little under 2 years and it’s been amazing! Gets a little stressful in the fall but nothing that’s crazy! Every job has its stressors. Managers and team leads care and understand that life happens. Recognition is always available and generally are always available to support and help in a rocky situation. Amazing Pay and benefits as well! Can be a bit hard to get hired but for an amazing job like this, I don’t doubt they get a nice amount of applicants! Culture isn't what it should be The Oshkosh location is great. Great teamwork, respect for coworkers & their individual work styles, and they practice empathy. The Appleton location has a few employees on 1st shift who are lacking in these skills, and actively bully people who they don't like. Purposely excluding and making fun of other employees (often right in front of them), not respecting other people's differing work styles, knowingly going at a pace that is stressful & unmanageable for their support operators, not properly marking bad product/size changes so the support operator knows what is coming down the line, etc. A very passive-aggressive, immature, high school clique-style mentality. THEY NEED TO BE COUNSELED ON 4IMPRINT'S CORE VALUES. Everyone knows who these people are, but nothing is done because they have great numbers (that they've achieved at the expense of their support operators, which they can't keep a steady one because no one can deal with them for long). I've seen some good employees leave, and there will continue to be a revolving door of employees flowing through here if these people continue to be left unchecked. No one wants to work 40 hours a week with someone who knowingly & purposely makes their workday as miserable as possible. Pros: Free stuff, great benefits, mostly nice coworkers, management is good Cons: No silverware and a lot of expired food in the break rooms, Toilet paper runs out often in the bathrooms, The few toxic people at the Appleton location ruin the culture

I can't tell you how pleased my whole family was with the care and quality and speed of our order with 4imprint.com. Our customer service person Angie helped make this such a positive experience. We decided "last minute" to give an imprinted gift for a family re-union and were worried if the imprinted items would arrive in time. It took 4 days total to have the imprinted bags in our hands. Stay away Honestly the money is great. However, the HR department is disconnected, clueless, and despised by most employees. There is a clear divide between warehouse and downtown employees. They're scared to fire anyone so even if an employee is extremely unproductive, they'll be able to stay employed no problem.however, There is no recognition when you go above and beyond. Awards are given out at banquets only to the favorites. Pros: Money. Cons: Cult-like, way too top heavy (sooo many managers and leads, its ridiculous), incompetent leadership

Unprofessional management but good benefits Once you get the hang of running the press, the work can honestly be really fun here! You’re able to listen to music/podcasts during your shift and most of the coworkers are great. HOWEVER management at the Appleton location is super disorganized, nobody is ever on the same page, and they obviously play favorites. You could be told one thing by one supervisor and a completely different thing by another. I’ve had supervisors here make rules up on the spot just to be right in an “argument”. You’re much better off getting a job at the Oshkosh location if you’re looking to work here. Pros: Good PTO, paid holidays, free cups and shirts Cons: Unprofessional management, favoritism, hard to move up
