I was rear ended while I was parked on a city street while I was in my car. I called Snyder Law group and in 4 months my case was settled. The office staff took care of everything that I asked of them with no problems

I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism I received from this law firm. Throughout the time my case was being handled, I consistently struggled to get updates, documentation, or even basic callbacks. Despite reaching out multiple times regarding my case...after suffering a serious fall in an establishment whose insurance status was unclear...I was left without answers.
Inna, the paralegal assigned to my matter, repeatedly failed to return my calls or provide the documents and findings I requested. She informed me over a month ago that my case would be transferred to another attorney who would contact me, yet I have not heard from anyone since. This lack of communication has left me feeling discouraged and unsupported during a time when I needed guidance the most.
I expected a law firm to advocate for me, keep me informed, and treat my case with care, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and follow-through for future clients.

Snyder Law definitely treated our family like priority. They kept us in the loop throughout the process and they made sure we were happy and healthy . I felt like they genuinely tried to make sure we were treated fairly and our concerns (health and financial) were addressed in a timely matter.
