Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that comparing bids is an important part of the decision-making process. At 3Rs, we take pride in providing comprehensive and conclusive estimates that reflect the full scope of the project — including materials, labor, and all necessary details — to help ensure there are no surprise costs down the road. While this may result in a higher initial estimate, it’s our goal to deliver lasting quality, transparency, and peace of mind throughout the entire process. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and are always here to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to note that for larger construction projects, it’s common and often required by city regulations to obtain the appropriate permits. This ensures that all work meets local codes and safety standards, which ultimately protects both the homeowner and the integrity of the project. We understand that the permitting process can sometimes add time or complexity, but our team is experienced in navigating these requirements and is committed to keeping clients informed every step of the way. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and are always here to answer any questions.

I am not sure I have ever been called and angry portly man before nor compared to a Greek God of War. First time for everything I guess.
