It’s so rare anymore to find a man that will help a woman out when she’s in need…. But these people helped me without any hesitation. This will be my to go place for any car needs in the future very honest, very compassionate and that’s what we need in this world. Thank you again.
He fixed my battery for me free of charge the first time I went to Roland. I went to him for a second time to get my AC fixed cause it wouldn't blow air and he charged me for the diagnostic that was completely wrong, told me he was going to make some calls and get back to me the same day, and never reached out, (This happened 2 days in a row) he's not a bad mechanic just needs to look more thoroughly for problems.
It shouldn't take a whole day for a diagnostic and then you still get the part wrong. Dropped off at 10 AM car given back at 5 PM. He said I needed a AC pressure switch, the entire AC motor was the issue.
We were driving up Pike's Peak when our car blew up on Thursday. We were unable to get a tow that day and it had to be Friday in the early morning. This was the only shop in the area open on weekends!
Roland got back to us quickly and told us he could work on it as soon as we were able to get it towed in. What we thought was a simple thermostat and hose repair turned out to be a failure of the water pump and the radiator. Roland showed us pics and videos of the process, including the leaks and diagnostic results.
Roland was in frequent contact with us, letting us know the estimates well ahead of time and was responding after hours since he knew we were on a time crunch as we had to leave Monday morning. He worked on it all weekend and got us rolling Sunday morning.
I want to stress how fast this was, because most parts stores can't source items that fast, especially on weekends. He really went above and beyond for us and I am incredibly grateful for his work. We were able to drive the whole 12 hours back to home without a single hint of trouble from the car. He even reached out before we left to ask how the car was doing. Super professional, super kind, and great communication. I cannot recommend this shop enough if you're in a bind.
365 auto hands down gets a 5 star ROLAND is amazing 👏 his communication and determination to get the job done right to me is ++++ he is very kind and keeps you up to speed and is realistic no B.S he is super friendly and respectful and one thing his integrity id recommend this spot to my loved ones and others and will continue bringing my 2000 turbo charged civic!!!!!!
I went to get an oil change and tire pressure check a few weeks ago . He was very quick and professional , he informed and showed me of two potential things, chewed up nut shells from squirrels hiding under the hood , and a Leakey front passenger shock. He showed me some squirrel repellent to buy on Amazon to keep them away from my car and the wires . He offered to fully check out the passenger shock later that week free of charge to see what the issue was . I came back today to get my Back passenger window fixed . He squeezed me into his busy schedule and he was done in a hour , while also helping teo other customers . Absolutely fantastic service both times , and I will for sure go again in the future for any car problems , that I may have . I highly recommend this shop!!!!
My car broke down in Colorado Springs while I was traveling through. Thankfully this shop was open and they went out of their way to get me back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about their staff, customer service and expertise. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone I know.
My wife and I were in Green Mountain Falls for a quick Labor Day weekend getaway at our cabin, and my check engine light came on. I bought a code reader at Walmart and confirmed that it was in the coolant system, either the thermostat or coolant sensor. This was Saturday afternoon, and we had to leave Monday morning on Labor Day to drive back to Kansas. I was scrambling to find places that were open, and was striking out on options. I simply Googled "auto repair places open tomorrow" and found this place. I spoke with him late Saturday afternoon and he (?Roland) said it sounded like the coolant sensor and he would have a part ready for me the next morning to bring it in at 11:00 a.m. And their place is located 20 minutes from the cabin, near old Colorado city. He gave me a reasonable estimate based on if it was just that part.
He called me at 10:50 a.m. Sunday as I was driving to his place make sure I was coming, and said he was going to get the part I needed, and will be back in a few minutes. I got there at his little garage and waited for him and soon he was back with the part.
When he did his own analysis of the problem, he said it really could be either the thermostat or the coolant sensor and the actually recommended replacing them both since I was getting ready to travel 400 miles. I did my own AI search with code p0128 and he was right.
I told him to go ahead and do both, my wife and I walked 20 minutes to an Old Colorado City Pizza Shop ate lunch walked around for a while and he called and said it was ready. We walked back, he showed us the pieces he took out and told us what He did. We met his wife who is a delight. They gave us cold water bottles to drink. I paid, and we made it home to Kansas safely the next day.
Would highly recommend.
Can I give 10 stars? I would if I could. My van broke down on Saturday of Labor Day weekend as I was passing through town. I saw 365 Automitive had 5.0 stars so I took a chance. The owner, Roland, returned after he had already closed shop to help me out. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a very fair estimate, and fixed my van! Not only that, he called me after I got home to make sure I got home safely. Here is a situation where he easily could have taken advantage of me considering the situation, but what I received was an honest man who helped someone in need. 10 stars!
My jeep broke down while we were on vacation and 600 miles from home, it began overheating and I was so scared! We called 365 automotive Sunday afternoon and he picked up the call as they were closing and said he would wait for us, he diagnosed the issues and began working on the car as soon as he had parts. It wasn’t easy, he worked all done Monday and even helped us get to a hotel and worked until 11pm so that he could get us back on the road Tuesday morning.
I am endlessly appreciative of his care and quick work to get my car fixed and it drove great all the way home!
