My realtor Nelson Ortega had put me in contact with a home inspector he had used before Paul from 360 inspections. I had him come to a home that I was going to purchase for a full house inspection. Paul set the date within a couple days of my request came and did a full inspection. I got an email from him that afternoon and to my surprise it was very detailed with pictures of everything that he had found could possibly be a problem. The report he sent was very easy to read and understand. With that report he also sent a repair request form with the important issues that needed to be taken care of So that my home would be safe to live in without further issues. I was very pleased with the performance of the inspection Paul did and would recommend his service to anyone who wants to know everything That could possibly be a problem for your home before purchase. I had also texted Paul to ask him a couple of questions I had and responded very quickly. Thank you Paul I will be recommending you to everybody I know friends family business associates.

Paul with 360 Inspections did a great job inspecting our new property before purchase, which included outbuildings and specialized equipment. He was able to cover the home inspection, pool, and WDO. Communication was excellent. He was very responsive to questions and kept me and my realtor informed throughout the entire process. His report was professional and thorough and included an easy-to-use form that made communicating findings and requested changes back to the Seller very simple. Pricing was lower than other quotes received. I highly recommend 360 Inspections!
Paul did a great job of explaining the process and then thoroughly completing our inspection while pointing out a few items that needed to be addressed. I purchased a home and used this company for the inspection, with Amanda as the inspector. After the weather turned cold here in Virginia, I discovered that my HVAC system was incorrectly set to gas instead of electric—something that should have been identified during the inspection.
I reached out numerous times to Cortney regarding this issue and several other inspection oversights. While she stated she would forward my concerns to the owner, I never received a call or follow-up from anyone. My emails went unanswered, and my phone calls were not returned.
As a result, I had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to have a technician correct the HVAC issue and address other items that were not properly inspected.
As a professional myself, I expect at the very least a courtesy return call. Unfortunately, I received no communication or accountability from this company. I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before choosing them for a home inspection.

Paul at 360 Inspections is the only person I would call and trust. Excellent, polite and prompt communications, up front expectations and pricing, on time appointments, and lightening fast turnaround on a very detailed and easy to understand report. I provided it to my building manager before the drywall went up, and he corrected all of the identified deficiencies without question. I'll use Paul for my remaining Inspections as well. Highly recommended.

I am a first time home buyer and let me say Paul helped make this process a breeze! He conducted a very thorough inspection on the house, making sure to highlight anything that may raise concerns.
