Josh did a great job for us! He explained what he was going to do beforehand, what he found when he did the dryer vent inspection and some adjustments he had to make based on the clogs in the vent, and then made sure we understood what he had done afterwards, along with asking if we had any questions. He also made recommendations letting us know what he could do but also some lease expensive alternatives as well. Extremely professional, friendly, and down to earth. I have already recommended Josh and 360 Dryer Vent Cleaning to our family.
