The cooking class was amazing. I really recommend you do it if you have time in Florence. The chefs are amazing and very passionate to teach and explain everything about pasta and Italy culture. ☺️

It was an amazing experience we've got to learn how to do two kind of pasta and tiramisu the traditional way along with good wine BUT the cherry on top was Rafaelo with his knowledge and fun atmosphere! I highly recommend !

I attended the cooking class in Florence and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! Our chef was very knowledgeable and taught us how to prepare some typical Tuscan dishes in a simple and fun way. The class was very cozy, and our chef gave us a lot of attention and helped us improve our cooking techniques. The menu was delicious and we learned how to prepare some dishes that we will definitely repeat at home. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone who wants to learn how to cook like a true Tuscan!

My friend, Karen, and I attended the cooking class on Oct 2, 2025 and had a marvelous time. It was most of all fun, but also, we learned a lot and I, who has never really liked Tiramisu, found that I love it when made correctly! Plus, we got to drink wine and eat our lesson output...the wine was great and the food even better! Got the recipes and now that we are back home, we are gonna make pasta!!
