I had to visit the ER recently, and overall the staff was kind, attentive, and made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. I especially want to recognize Matt and Flora. They were both so easy to talk to and genuinely caring. Matt took the time to explain things and check in, and Flora was incredibly patient and comforting throughout the whole experience. It really meant a lot to be treated with that level of care. I appreciate them and the entire team.

Took my daughter in because she was feeling sick. The staff was great. From the young lady at the front desk that helped us sign to the nurses, Flora and Tara who took us in and medicated my daughter , to the Rad Tech Lori who did the chest xray and the doctor Dr Pham who listened to my daughter and ordered the appropriate test and medications, and gave her the scripts she needed. There was no wait and our entire visit was less then 2 hours. Thank you for the great care.

We had a really positive experience at St. Michael’s Elite Hospital when we brought our son in. It was a stressful time for our family, but every person we encountered was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and empathetic. It truly felt like the staff cared about what we were going through. I especially want to highlight Dr. Karen Richardson. She was the standout of our experience. When she spoke with me, I immediately felt like my son was in good hands, and I genuinely felt that she cared about my child. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel seen as a mom trying to do the best for her son. I’m very grateful for the care and compassion we received.

This place was amazing. I had an allergic reaction and they saw me right away within less than 5 minutes. They were polite and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They even called the next day to check up on me as well. I was visiting from out of town and they helped me tremendously. All staff I interacted with were GREAT.

I had a great experience at this urgent care . The facility was very clean, organized, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and the entire process moved fast without feeling rushed. The nurse and doctor on shift were amazing — they were attentive, compassionate, and took care of me right away. I truly felt heard and well cared for. This place is absolutely a complete waste of time. I showed up with massive pain in the back and the doctor comes in and says I can take Tylenol and that will fix my problem. If I had to take Tylenol, why would I go to the emergency room. They did not treat me correctly and without even looking into my problems no Dr walked away. If I have to give review I would give -100 to these guys. I’ve never seen a medical facility like this in my life and I want to save others from going there and wasting their time.

St. Michael’s Elite Hospital was very professional from beginning to end. Starting with the help of Patricia a the Front Desk. Everyone was nice, efficient, knowledgeable in their field and professional… including Flora, the nurse and Rene, the ER Tech. Dr. Chinh Pham addressed my symptoms and concerns accordingly, and after the due tests were completed, he gave me the diagnosis plus the medicines I needed to take. All within an hour. I was very pleased with their attention and professionalism!

I was attacked by a pack of dogs and I was given the absolute best treatment there. The receptionist, Bella was an absolute delight and extremely helpful. My ER Tech, Lauren, Rad Tech, Vincent, RN, Kirsten, and physician, Tuan were extremely sympathetic, diligent, uplifting, and helpful. They gave me very clear, specific instructions about my treatment. I laughed so much with them, they truly were the best team I could have asked for during this time. I will never forget their kindness.
