We started using the 1Tick online indemnity over the December peak holiday season and it has worked well. We were able to tweak the form to our needs, and most customers were able to complete it without a problem. I just love the fact that I was not printing reams of forms every other day, then having to file and store them for years gathering dust. All the information is readily available online at the click of a button.

Theunis has been available and very helpful in getting everything all set up and running smoothly. The price is very fair, it’s easy to use and I absolutely LOVE not having to use paper anymore (even though I am not very tech savvy). Once all our hikers have completed their respective forms, I export it to one spreadsheet which I can share with the different accommodation establishments containing all vital info ie dietary requirements, room sharing, contact info, medical info together with the signed indemnity.
