The process of selecting a Generac model and the installation of the unit (incl propane tanks) was made easy and seamless. The 1st Electric staff was responsive, friendly overall, and very informative to help me decide between a 200amp and 400 amp service and the location of the Generac unit. The installation crew was professional and answered all my questions. Price was also very competitive. Highly recommended.

We moved in about 6 months ago and had 1st Electric do 2 projects with us. A 22 kW emergency Generator and Gemstone lighting, both projects went very well. The office and instal crews were always professional and friendly. I recommend them without any hesitation! Love the lights 😊

From the initial call we thought if the service is this good- hopefully the product is the same. It was 5 minutes to close when my husband called and he was on the phone for another 20 minutes asking questions getting a ton of information.
