We made an appointment from them for the second time, they always do a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. I could tell the difference of the smell when it’s cleaned. I’m so bad at names but they are very friendly and respectful with mask mandates due to I have littles ones. We will be a repeat customer.

Our senior dog had an accident on our cream rug. They were able to remove the stains and odor. They left our carpet smelling fresh and looking brand new. They are very responsive and came to our rescue. I highly recommend!

They did an amazing job! I had a family room carpet with several dog urine stains.....they got them clean! I called for a small area touch up and they returned promptly the next day and took care of it....no extra charge! Friendly, professional, hard working and prompt. What a pleasure to be so well treated and very happy with the service and outcome. If you have carpet that you think can't be saved, CALL Ginny! They are very knowledgeable and experienced with tough stains! I'm very thankful....
