Im very happy with the service 1st Choice Pest Solutions has to offer. When noticing we were having a mouse problem they were able to come quickly to asses the issue and were able to help for a good price. I would highly recommend this service if you are dealing with any mice or bats :)

I work with Wisconsin Fiduciary Services of WI, LLC, assisting disabled veterans, and I want to sincerely commend this company for the outstanding care they provided in a very urgent and sensitive situation. One of the veterans I work with was dealing with a severe mice infestation that required immediate attention. From the very beginning, the staff handled the situation with compassion, professionalism, and complete respect. They took the time to calmly explain every step of the process to the veteran, ensuring she understood what was going to happen and felt safe throughout the treatment. What stood out most was the dignity and kindness shown to her. At no point did she feel embarrassed, rushed, or disrespected. Instead, she was treated like a person who mattered — which made all the difference during an otherwise stressful experience. The job was done thoroughly and effectively, and the level of care exceeded expectations. I am truly grateful for their prompt response and humane approach, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of their services — especially when working with vulnerable populations.

Troy H. did a great job taking care of my issue. I had mice getting in and I sealed up all the common recommendations online, but still had one or two getting in and out. Troy stopped out and identified two unique spots where they could come in and I never considered nor saw online. He set outside traps to reduce the population and we resolved the two entry points. The two follow-up inspections showed a reduced population outside and I never had a mouse again and it's a couple of months later. Very efficient and worth the investment or I would have been trapping a mouse once or twice month forever it seems.

Rob, technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and was able to find access points that we would not have phone due to his experience. The technician wear shoe covers in the home and put down a drop cloth before setting his ladder on the ground. I appreciated this because the flooring was new. I would recommend the service!
