I was wary of trying a new company since my last company was shady and tried ripping me off big time! Richard was very upfront with estimates and options, and so trustworthy. Ended up paying less than the original estimate.

Once again they came to the rescue last week I had a quote from a company that will remain nameless they did a check of the condenser and cooling coil and gave me a price of just under 17000 to replace the unit I contacted 1st choice who I have dealt with before they came out and did a through inspection of all equipment and decided everything was working fine he added some coolant and stop leak for a total of 625.00 a final thought is if you have AC problems don't call anyone but them

I’m so glad that I found 1st choice AC, I chose them to help give a second opinion on my ac problem. Luke was amazing and super thorough. He really took the time to help explain to me the issues that he found. I appreciate the extra care and effort he put in. Quality is a lifetime thing. We had a slight problem with our Lennox system, which was not the fault of 1st Choice. But when they came out and saw the problem, they instantly submitted the paperwork and replaced the whole system under warranty. This is an example of integrity.

On a hot summer Monday evening our air conditioner stopped working. I emailed Lindsay at 1st choice air conditioning requesting support. She emailed , first thing in the morning. The technician was at our house by 1pm as per our availability. He identified the problem, had his colleague delivere a new part, installed it, tested the unit and was done. The technicians were professional and ensured the work was completed without creating any kind of mess. Well done 1st Choice!
