Ordered a card. I didn't like the way the proof came out, but to change it cost a ton of money. So I just cancelled the order. Why miss out on an order, and potentially more in the future because you are too cheap to make a simple edit without charging me for it? What is even the point of the proof if I can't change it? Good luck with your business, but I expect you not to do well considering your practices.

Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. As outlined in our FAQ, changes to template designs do involve an additional cost. This is because our design team must update multiple files to ensure compatibility with our printers, which requires extra time, effort, and set-up.

We sincerely apologise if this wasn’t clear beforehand. We’d be more than happy to discuss the details further with you and provide any clarification needed.

Great product and quality. This type of memorabilia for the kids sport is sensational. The grandparents now want some as well. Arrived a day after Xmas and I'm not even mad. I ordered 2 weeks after the "order by" for Xmas delivery, then had to deal with autocorrect mistakes on my end, which further delayed my purchase on other week. The fact that 1of1 was able to still get it to me just a day after Xmas shows their level of customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. The finished product was beautiful. It was a gift for my boss who played highschool and college hoops. I went with her highschool l stats because there was a better picture and better stats. She literally cried when she opened it. Thanks 1of1!

My dear daughter earned a varsity spot on the softball team as a freshman and had an incredible year. I wanted to get her a meaningful gift to express my love AND 1of1 delivered! They included my daughter's team colors and logo with an incredible action shot which they expertly cropped AND printed out her statistics on the back of card with a small blurb written underneath listing her accomplishments like an authentic rookie card!!! I put it in a thick card holder and had a metal plate printed to duplicate a true authentically graded 10/10 card. She loved it!! Thank you so much 1of1 and God bless you!!

1of1 did a tremendous job with the baseball card for my 8year-old son. It is a high quality product that we will treasure forever. The look on my son’s face when he saw it was unforgettable. The design is excellent. Even though the source photo I provided them had poor lighting, they were able to work with it and make it look outstanding on the card. Would definitely recommend and I will order another one after next baseball season!

Got a dual card for my daughter and single for my son. They did a great job putting two different pics of my daughter together (each one a different sport). Communication about what I wanted on the back of the cards was easy. And putting the memorabilia in the card yourself is easy if you want to do it yourself.

As an avid sports card collector, I was extremely impressed with the quality of these cards. Turn around time was faster than expected and customer service was better than expected. Every youth athlete should have these cards in their collection. My 13 year old has pulled some amazing cards, but I've never seen him get as excited as he was when he opened these.
