The Clinical staff is extremely kind and very attentive. The facility is clean and welcoming, it feels like a home environment versus a medical facility. Always peaceful and very relaxing.

Everyone at Twelve Stone are friendly and professional. They have made me feel comfortable and easy to relax. Everyone there are really nice . I would like to recognize Alaine and Addison for getting me hooked up on the infusion. Alaine is EXCELLENT on inserting the syringe. It’s really smooth . Addison is very professional and making sure asking specific questions. I am very comfortable . The whole staff are Great and offer me coffee . I gave the whole staff an A + !!!!! Charles Hendrix

I really enjoy coming to 12 stone . Everyone is very sweet . They explain everything to me in a way for me to understand and they don’t use long drag out words. They always offer me snacks and something to drink. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. 12 Stone is like walking into a house full of family.
