This was my first time at this spa. My daughter took me as a gift. I had Dawn as my person who did my pedicure. She did a great job and even gave me some advice on how to keep my feet in better shape for the summer. The hot stone massage was very relaxing and the nice visit to the lounge was very enjoyable. All in all a great experience. Would recommend this SPA.

The microcurrent facial i had was fantastic. Erin was amazing and full of information with skin care. Highly recommend. The only downfall is you have to pay extra for the same service from Friday-Saturday which is when most working people can go. Beautiful atmosphere , very pleasant staff

The wellness Wednesday at the Q was a lovely experience with just the right touch of ambiance, services and attentive staff. The add on for a message performed by Rose was relaxing and a stress relief👏. Thank you Rose for your service.
A big shout out to the bar NOTL for preparing a delicious 3 course meal and best martini espresso ever. A special thanks for our bartender Rebecca for her amazing talent in the preparation of drinks and hospitality. We will be back !

One of our favourite hotels in NOTL! Beautiful rooms, easy check-in and love the location to everything. The NOTL restaurant is a great place for happy hour and appetizers. Highly recommend the spa services too. We’ve stayed at this hotel about a dozen times! Already planning our next trip back :)

Great hotel and spa. There was barely anyone in the spa area which was nice and the staff were all welcoming. The stay includes underground parking and the hotel is located right on the main street. They offered a free shuttle to anywhere within a 15 min drive. The rooms had everything we needed.
The only thing we didn't love was that our room was in a separate building than the main hotel. It is all very close, but not in the same building. Not great for winter stays but I think this is the best place to stay in NOTL.

Bait and switch scheme with rooms in another property
They operate a bait-and-switch scheme with their rooms. They advertise and sell rooms at 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa for full price, but then try to pass off dramatically inferior rooms at "The Gate House" at 142 Queen instead. The "Gate House" is essentially a restaurant and wedding venue with a few basic rooms upstairs and no real amenities. This is deceptive misrepresentation.
