Really disappointed Hydro circuit closes at 5.00 pm.
We are local and we're so looking forward to the circuit, unfortunately my girls work so we're not able to come before.
Did not tell our group of 4 when we booked when they booked
The treatments we excellent and treatment staff awesome.
Could use more professional dress at front desk.
Thank you for your feedback Cynthia, feedback - all feedback is a gift and helps us improve the experience. We are open late on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We close at 5pm on Monday and Tuesday.
Amazing experience! Highly recommend! Went for a 60 minute massage and did the hydrotherapy add in. Lots of options for the hydrotherapy circuit: hot tub, cool tub, snow room, steam, sauna and the sensory shower was cool! very relaxing day and can't wait to go back!
We love this review! Thank you so very much Katrina for taking the time to share your experience, your support means the world to us and we are thrilled to know you enjoyed your visit! We can't wait to welcome you back again soon.

Wonderful treatment with Arin . She was fantastic. The scrub treatment was super relaxing and a great way to prepare for my long trip to Australia
Thank you so very much for your kind words and ongoing support Bianca, it's guests like yourself that make us love what we do! We look forward to seeing you in the new year! Safe travels!

Not worth the price, poor service. I made a reservation a few weeks prior, to be charged on the day of the stay. The staff were unwilling to honor the lower rate of the day. Then there is the check-in time of 4pm, I was told I would be sent a message when the room was ready, yet was never messaged. The staff then told me “room service forgot to notify us.” This was a deceiving “package,” I booked (on their website nonetheless) as the website makes it seem like spa access is included but it’s not. You pay to use the spa like any other non-hotel guest. “Resort fee” is added to the bill but there are no resort amenities included. The package stated that it included breakfast yet you are responsible for gratuity, clearly the hotel wants part of their employee compensation to fall on the hotel guests. Would not stay here again.
Beautiful and stylish room and perfectly located in NOTL. Lovely decor throughout the hotel and spa, including in the bar and restaurant.
We really enjoyed the live music in the bar, and joined other guests for some amuse-bouche, whilst enjoying the cocktails.
Our only frustration is that our room wasn't very functional, however stylish it was. Across the entire room and bathroom, there was one single hook (located next to the shower). Nothing on the back of the bathroom door for additional towels or robes and nothing in the main bedroom for coats (important in the cold/wet weather to hang to dry).
Additionally, despite there being a sink/kitchenette, there was no dish soap or sponge to wash the glasses/cups/spoons, no tea towel to dry.
If you're a tea drinker (as am I) there is one black/breakfast tea bag and no milk, but multiple coffee options and creamer.
Overall, a lovely place to stay, and with some additional fixes, like hooks for coats and towels, this would be a 5* hotel and review.
Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review of your stay at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful and stylish design of your room, our central location in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel, spa, bar, and restaurant. It’s especially wonderful to know you enjoyed the live music, cocktails, and the opportunity to mingle with fellow guests in the bar.
We truly appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the functionality of the room. Your comments about additional hooks for towels, robes, and outerwear, as well as the kitchenette amenities, are very helpful and have been shared with our management team for review and consideration. We also value your note regarding tea selections and in-room accompaniments, as these details play an important role in overall comfort.
Thank you again for your honest insights and kind words. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn from your experience and hope to welcome you back in the future to provide an even more seamless and elevated stay.

My husband surprised me with a massage and hydrotherapy for my birthday. He definitely scored some extra points! My massage from Sabrina was next level. I dare say she’s the best RMT I ever had. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The facility is warm and relaxing. The hydrotherapy was the cherry on the cake! Thank you for making my 44th birthday a memorable one:)
Staff were warm and the hotel room was amazing clean and well designed. I would stay there again.
The only issue was the vibration sound coming from both the fire place and the furnace in the room which would wake us up abruptly around 2am and we wouldn’t be able to sleep the rest of the night til it shut off. This could be due to the cold NOTL was getting or lack of soundproofing around the furnace as it’s built into the coat cabinet. The worst of it happened the last two days of the trip were we were unable to sleep all night. I had to turn off the heat for a short reprieve of the noise and then it started up again. I even tried sleeping with noise canceling headphones that’s how desperate I was to get sleep.
☺Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We had a great stay and experience at 124 on Queen. Our room (a one bedroom villa) was very beautiful and spacious, even had a nice fireplace. The service we received from the front desk was friendly and personable. We also enjoyed the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa, it was clean, quiet, and a relaxing experience that we’d definitely do again. Overall there are no complaints about our stay!

We’re equally pleased to know our front desk team provided friendly and personable service, and that your time in the spa’s hydrotherapy circuit was clean, quiet, and truly relaxing. It’s lovely to hear it’s an experience you would happily enjoy again.

Lovely Boutique style hotel, very modern amenities & great spa services. We enjoyed an afternoon of fabulous RNT massage, and the hydro circuit pool area. We had dinner at the onsite NOTL restaurant and enjoyed our food a lot. The server (Owen)was very attentive and the young woman singing in the background was so lovely. Truly, my only suggestion for the entire stay is to go a bit more upscale on the toilet paper! It felt very cheap and for an upscale experience, it should match the level of their other offerings.
Thank you for your review. We had maintenance have a look at the fireplace.

Clean room. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Fireplace made noise. Loved the bathtub and shower. Excellent service. Highly recommend the restaurant downstairs. Spa is out dated and needs an upgrade.
Great experience at the spa! Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and tentative. Enjoyed the hydro circuit and the Head Space treatment. Marika was great!
