I’ve been training with Ny-Juan since the end of September, and it’s been a great experience. He’s thoughtful about tailoring workouts to your needs and always keeps the sessions interesting and varied. He clearly explains each exercise in a way that makes it feel approachable and that I understand the purpose of it. Since working with him, I’m feeling more comfortable with weight lifting, more confident in my physical ability, and more motivated to stay consistent. I’d highly recommend Ny-Juan to anyone looking for a trainer who is skilled, encouraging, and truly invested in your progress.

I’m in my early 50s and have been training with Ny Juan Allen for the past two months; it’s been a game changer. From day one, he tailored every session specifically to my needs, balancing strength work with mobility and flexibility, which has been crucial for me at this stage of life. Ny Juan has an incredible way of pushing you hard while still being mindful of form and recovery; I leave each session feeling stronger, looser, and more confident. He’s professional, motivating, and truly invested in your progress. The space itself is spotless, the shower are great, and everything has a high-end, well-run feel that makes it easy to stay consistent. If you’re looking for a trainer who understands how to build sustainable strength and performance, Ny Juan is outstanding. I highly recommend him.

My wife and I are doing shared session training with Ny-Juan (Ny), and it's been an awesome experience. Ny is extremely knowledgeable, highly attentive, and provides great encouragement, while also making sure we're both pushing ourselves to our limits. Whether it's endurance, barbell, kettlebell, TRX etc., Ny is always introducing new and different exercises in our sessions, giving us plenty of variety and keeping us highly engaged. Importantly, Ny takes the time to demo and ensure we're doing all exercises with proper form. Ny is also a genuinely good dude with a great energy and attitude, which makes the experience that much better. Highly recommend Ny and 1.2.1 Fitness!

I've been working with Ny for a little over a month and I definitely feel the difference. I feel stronger and my body recovers more quickly. Ny is really good at adapting workouts to injuries and explaining the mechanics of the movements. I highly recommend him! Def worth the investment.

I highly recommend training with Ny at 1.2.1 Fitness. Ny designs fun and challenging workouts catered to your fitness goals. He's an excellent teacher, demonstrating each exercise and guiding you through proper form. He’s observant and gradually changes and progresses your workouts to keep your muscles challenged. He’s always reminding you that you’re strong, especially when you hit the hardest rep in a set. The gym itself is gorgeous.

Great experience, got a session with Ny. He's very focused on making sure I use proper form, he's watching out for any wrong move, and is very enthusiastic and motivating. The gym is tidy and has great equipment.

I’ve had an amazing experience training with Sriya! Her guidance helped me get toned and build muscle in a way that was both effective and sustainable. The workouts were tailored to my fitness level and goals, and I’ve noticed such a huge difference since working with her. Her knowledge, motivation, and support made a huge difference in my progress. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good trainer! The space is so clean and lovely too!

My husband and I started using 1.2.1 Fitness about three weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Sriya is a wonderful, professional trainer. She's kind, intuitive, a great listener, and knows exactly how to motivate and provide the ideal type of workout for me. Also, the location is perfect for us; the space is clean, bright, and well-organized. It's a small space, perfect for one on one training.

Having walked by the 1.2.1 Gym several times after moving to Brooklyn, I was intrigued by its size and excellent equipment. So after undergoing minor surgery, I knew I needed to get back into shape, and 1.2.1 was the first gym I thought of. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join. Ny-Juan, my personal trainer, is excellent. He challenges me to get stronger, gain balance, and improve my overall health, all while never pushing me beyond my capabilities. If you’re looking for a personal trainer at an excellent gym, I recommend 1.2.1.

Having a great time at 1.2.1 fitness. I've never been one who exercises much, but Ny-Juan (trainer) has me working on body strength and has really shown me I can do it. Super friendly, but he doesn't let you slide on doing what you need to do. So, yes I'm wiped out after each session, but if feels great!

Ny is an incredible trainer, very organized and structured in his routines, but varying them over time as my strength (and comfort with training) increases. He's also been very accommodating to various restrictions/limitations I have, as well as to changing circumstances day by day. I find myself feeling excited on the mornings I have training, and in general have more energy and stamina throughout the week. Highly recommend training here (and with Ny if possible).

Highly recommend! I’ve been training with Ny and he keeps the workouts fun and challenging. I came in with knee problems and he has been considerate and adjusted the workouts how I need. The space is also clean and has a good atmosphere.

This is a great neighborhood gym, just the equipment and expert trainers without any of the pretentiousness and crowds of larger gyms. Hilary was our trainer for a package of 10 sessions with me and my son (age 14). My son had never worked with a trainer before, so I was looking to get our technique right and pick up good sets of exercises to build on. Hilary was the ideal trainer for this. He's friendly and super knowledgeable, and always ready with a great variety of sets for all muscle groups. His demeanor is fantastic: not a cheerleader or a drill sergeant, he just kept us on point with technique and positioning at exactly the right moments. Hilary figured out the right amount of challenge for each of us, and was quietly encouraging throughout. His playlists are great for the workout too. It was the perfect introduction to training for my son, and a good comeback for me. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely little “gem” for highly personalized training. Space is super clean, good equipment, good ventilation (no stuffy gym air), and great vibes. Training with Hilary is fun, insightful, and effective. He does an amazing job tailoring my sessions for max results while keeping them enjoyable, working around troublesome areas in a way that actually improves them, and also keeps my other physical activities in mind so I’m energized instead of fatigued. I’m a much stronger and more confident lifter now.

My partner and I have been doing couples training with Ny for the past few weeks and our overall experience has been great! Ny is an awesome trainer; he sets up challenging and varied workouts that push us at just the right level. Can already see fitness gains. Also he is very patient when teaching correct form. Overall I would recommend working him and 1.2.1 Fitness.
