This is our second year using 1-Stop Home Watch and we couldn't be more pleased. Whether it's during a storm event or just an extended period away from our residence, it is always nice to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that our home is being visited and monitored by 1-Stop. The regular reports they provide are extremely detailed and their fast and timely checking after a storm is priceless. David Ling and 1 Stop Home Services are fantastic. He is not just incredibly conscientious and reliable, but he brings creativity and cleverness to solving problems for you when you are away. Our house was badly flooded by Ian, and I don’t know how we could have gotten through it without his help. He was at our house the next morning at 7 am taking pictures and sorting through things. He took initiative to locate a dehumidifier without our even asking. When we called frantically at 8 pm asking him to save some artwork before the demolition team arrived, he dashed over immediately. We had used a home watch service for the past several years. They were supposed to meet the county representative for an inspection in November. Imagine our surprise when we arrived in February with a sorry we missed you notice. They hadn’t been there for three months.
I interviewed several different home watch services. Some were neighborhood retirees who would watch your lace for a minimal monthly fee, but had no insurance, the others weren’t really interested in our needs.
When we met with David, he layer out his program, which includes automation, detailed inspections with time stamped photos and recommendations. We have been very pleased with the service 1 Stop provides and I am pleased to recommend this firm. Five Star service!!!

We have used different home watching services before but nothing even comes close to the excellent service we get from David's family owned and operated company. It probably is due to his engineering back ground that he is so detailed oriented and thorough. We love his inspection reports which are sent to us via an email which links us to an online user friendly portal, complete with comments and pictures. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. It definitely is good to see your home as oppose to just reading about it. He inspects, checks, and takes care of everything from looking for leaks, to checking the indoor humidity, to watering our plants, to forwarding our mail. His price for service is reasonable and affordable.
Communication is key. David is always friendly and quick to respond to our emails and any additional services we need. We fully trust David and knowing he is the one inspecting and caring for our Naples home gives us peace of mind.

I have always had good home watch service, but now I have David Ling. He is the best. I recently had a problem with excessive electricity usage while my home was closed for the season. The air conditioner had been serviced before I left. The power company was not helpful, other than in verifying that my bill was not an error. David figured out what the cause might be, then orchestrated and managed the service call from the HVAC contractor to get it corrected. It was not an obvious problem, but he knew how to troubleshoot it, and get it resolved. He explained everything to me, and followed up to be sure the solution was correct.
I have been very pleased with his responsiveness, attention to detail, promptness, and willingness to accommodate my needs while I'm away. All that, and he's a really nice guy too! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing home with service. I have complete confidence in him.

David Ling and 1-Stop Home Watch Services has provided excellent home watch and inspection services for my house in Naples, FL, for the last seven months. The prices are very reasonable for the services David provides, and knowing that he is taking care of the house has contributed significantly to my peace of mind.
David inspects the house and yard weekly and provides prompt and helpful information to me via email or phone. His weekly reports include pictures of the interior and exterior of the house and yard. The weekly inspection includes a check-list of items such as checking for leaks, turning faucets on and off, flushing the toilets, and measuring the interior temperature and humidity level of the house. He also manages extra issues, such as moving patio furniture and preparing the house during hurricane alerts. In addition, David has arranged for various services such as an air conditioner check and fixing the pump, and he makes sure the lawn service is coming on a regular basis. In short, he does all the things necessary to keep the house in good shape while I'm not able to be there.
I highly recommend 1-Stop Home Watch Services. David is extremely conscientious, responsive to my needs, and just a really nice person. Thanks to 1-Stop, I'm able to sleep at night.
