As a contractor, I'm actually really looking forward to the next time I get to do business here. I only wish I had found it sooner. Justin was a great help for a small home project. Listened to the design I was aiming for, quoted it and helped load the material. Answered all of my questions and refunded the extra material with no trouble. Would definitely recommend using this shop for any composite project.

I vary rarely comment on these types of sites but had to on this one . The deck shop Peterborough staff especially Justin has really gone above and beyond to make sure the customer comes first . I spent shy of 23k on my project and they still contact me to make sure all is good with the product or any question I may have .Again great companies always have great knowledgeable staff and im sure they will keep doing well .

Recently purchased our Fiberon decking from Justin in Peterborough and could not be happier with every detail of our service! The absolute best price plf around, helped with calculating our sq/ft and was spot on until we changed the stairs and Justin refunded the extra decking no problem at all! From helping us pick out our colour to prompt deliver. Everything went perfectly. I would recommend Justin and the composite deck shop over any other supplier.

First time buying from the composite deck shop yesterday and what a fantastic experience! I made a couple visits over the past month to try and source some options for a privacy wall, Alex and Justin were fantastic! They gave me lots of ideas and resources to make sure I was happy with my purchase and plan! This was a smaller project and order which did not seem to matter at all! They spent the time to make sure I was satisfied! Justin went above and beyond in his customer service assistance from sale to helping load and secure the materials! And then offered a cold bottle of water when done loading! I have accounts at many of the large hardware stores in town and Justin beat their prices without me indicating how much I could get the product else where! In todays online world it’s refreshing to see and deal with people who still value customer service and the customers experience no matter how big the order! Job well done fellas!! I will be back! I recently purchased and installed Fiberon Decking from The Composite Deck Shop in Peterborough. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with determining how many square feet and how much product I required to complete the project. Justin provided everything delivered to my house within a week of placing the order. After completion, I only had 6 twelve foot boards left over and very few clips and screws. Returning the 6 boards was as easy as placing the order. Thanks to The Composite Deck Shop, you nailed it!
