Where to start, the whole journey and process was the best experience with NowSkills, at first I was a little bit sceptical and didn't really know how to go about it, but the team has been so helpful and specially Matthew Manning, who was there from the beginning to the end. I managed to land an apprenticeship as a Data technician with a great company and this is all thanks to Matthews hard work and the help I received from him. I couldn't be more happy to be able to follow my dreams. I really recommend NowSkills if your struggling with jobs and are looking to start a career into something you enjoy doing I promise you, you will not be let down. BEST PEOPLE I ever met in my life !!!!!!

Maybe just bad luck but all this company did was waste my time. Spent 3 months looking for an apprenticeship, had 2 interviews in that time (one of which never even got back to me). They leave you for weeks at a time after saying a company is super interested in you and then never follow through. Only called up once to get an update after 3 weeks of waiting for an interview dates and they were extremely condescending to me and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences whilst telling me I was ‘too picky’.( I asked was that a job was Monday-Friday and not fully wfh as ADVERTISED) I was also told I was stupid for turning down a place at a company where they wanted me to work weekends cash in hand, take customer service telephone calls and the guy was late to my interview/taking phone calls during the interview. I spent 3 months not finding another job due to constantly being told that a company really really wants me, to then not hearing for weeks and this put me into a lot of debt. When I finally said that I had found another job and wanted to be taken off the list I wasn’t even replied to, I just think the courses aren’t advertised properly at all and the way I was spoken to on the phone was disgusting and really upsetting.
