Stupendous service I started my business in 1989. I got my first website up and running in 1994. I've had dozens of web people help me, and I'm grateful for all of them. But WP Tech Support is THE VERY BEST because: 1. They're stupendously fast 2. They're cheery 3. They challenge me if I'm making a decision that's not helpful to my site One of the best decisions I've made in my entire business life.

WPTech Support is VERY responsive-I used the one time issue plan. My server contacted me about High Server Resource Consumption and WPTech worked with me to find the problem and fix it. I highly recommend their service and very timely support. WPTech Support supplied with screenshots how to fix anything and links for additional help either with my theme or WordPress answers-- Colleen.

They are incredibly fast; they interpret my non-Geekspeak perfectly; and they even show me what they’ve done with images so I can see the Before and After. We have been working with WP Tech Support for two months. They are very easy to work with and the results have been amazing. The speed of our website has significantly improved (desktop PageSpeed Insight scores have increased from in the 40s to 90s) and WP Tech Support has significantly improved the technical SEO. We have raised many tickets (from simple enhancements and adding a contact form to a more complex issue we had with WooCommerce) and these have all been dealt with promptly. Many thanks.

I've utilized this service for more than half a year now, and unfortunately, I've encountered significant shortcomings. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail when addressing raised tickets, with responses often delayed by 48 hours, even for issues marked with high priority. Furthermore, numerous alterations made to my website's design and functionality were implemented without adequate consultation or consideration, resulting in unexpected changes. Perhaps most concerning, my Omnisend service became inadvertently linked to their staging site, causing disruptions in my email campaigns. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

WP Tech Support is one of the few companies SiteGround hosting recommends. I couldn't be happier with their service. I am not a web developer but took on the task of changing my theme myself as the theme I was using the last 3 years, was conflicting with some of my variable products in WooCommerce. I had no idea that once I switched the theme on my staging site, that deployment would be so difficult. I really feel for the one time "fix it" rate, they went up and above the call of duty with my site. They had to do so much in order to insure all of my sales data was still intact. They contacted and worked with my affiliate company to try and find the best solution in not losing that data. I couldn't be happier with WP Tech Support and HIGHLY recommend using them.
