I organised for the icecream truck to some to my husband's backyard birthday party. The communication and helpfulness of the staff leading up to the event was excellent. They arrived on time and used the side access to serve ice creams in the backyard. As it was a birthday they were able to put together a banana split for my husband, which he loved. It was a hit with adults and children alike at the party.
