It was a pleasure dealing with Ziad & Brijitte of World Glass. They are a wonderful family owned & operated business. I spoke with Brijitte on the phone & she was very attentive & well organized. She had Ziad out to measure our gym mirrors that afternoon, sent a price quote right away & within a week the installation was complete! The mirrors look great & the quality can't be beat! Awesome professional service with a smile. I needed to cut an old piece of decorative glass to fit my coffee table and also to replace a tempered glass panel. Ziel offered to dropped off the finished table top so I did not have to wait. I thought that was very kind and considerate. A week later, I picked up the glass panel and ran into problem during the installation. I called World Glass Ltd, Ziel came the next day to show me what went wrong and fixed it for me on the spot. To me that shows commitment to customer satisfaction and full backing behind their products and work. Bravos!! You guys deserve the praise and recognition.
