From the very start of the process we received clear and detailed communication and Giulia was always available to answer our questions. Giulia worked diligently to ensure Ari was on the best and shortest route for his long trip from Seoul, South Korea to Montreal, Canada. When it was time for Ari’s flight his pet nanny, Dr Louis picked him up and was so kind and gentle with Ari it made us feel comfortable that he was in good hands. We received constant updates and pictures every step of the way. When Ari landed he was taken to pee right away and he went through customs very quickly thanks to all his documentation being in order. We were very happy with all the support of everyone on the team at WorldCare Pet that we interacted with. Thank you for getting Ari back to us safely!

I was full of anxiety knowing my dog Bo will have to embark on a long journey, away from everything he knows. I'm also worried about all the things I need to get done to make sure nothing goes wrong with all the travel requirements. I am so glad I decided to use WorldCare Pet Transport. Isabel has put my mind at ease each time we communicated. I am so grateful for her guidance. I am also very appreciative with the regular updates. The person who picked up Bo was very compassionate and understanding. I was assured that Bo was well taken care of. I am very happy and satisfied. I highly recommend WorldCare Pet Transport's service.

The service and care provided by the WorldCare Pet team was excellent, this is the second time they have assisted us with moving our dogs, first from Mexico to the UK and now from the UK to the US, and the experience has been very positive, the open communication from the team helps you feel more calm and reassures you that things are under control.

This company is a huge red flag. I needed a quote so I filled out their form on the website, sent an email AND left a voicemail - NO RESPONSE. If they can't even be bothered to do the bare minimum and provide a quote to potential clients, I can only imagine how horrible their communication will be when they are transporting your pets.

While this is not the standard we strive for, it is an isolated incident and not reflective of the excellent service we consistently provide, nor the 4.9 rating we’ve earned through countless positive customer interactions.

Just got my pets from CT to Portugal. I used the door to door. They were excellent, well worth the money, and I can not imagine trying to move and move my pets without help. OMG! I’m speechless with the amazing care and support Giulia always gave us. We worked with her for so many years and I can’t be more grateful for the love, care, professionalism, knowledge, guidance, support and everything she gave us in this last 10 years (or more) for our babies Max (RIP) and Maya’s trip from Mexico, Hing Kong, Portugal, Australia etc. Since day 1 the information provided, clear communication and everything gave us peace that Maya couldn’t be in better hands. I recently relocated to the USA from France, and couldn't imagine move there without my dogs but this was stressful, especially because one of my dogs is 15 yo. Marisa was super nice, answered all my questions and helped me to relax. I felt supported at every step and could ask as many questions as needed. The dogs arrived in front of my door in the evening, perfectly healthy and happy as usual. Thanks you Marisa for your kindness and your availability

Reilly was amazing and provided very specific guidance all along the way. We did have a little stress trying to make sure our vet completed the paperwork to specs required and still make it efficient for them. I imagine that is true when a US company is trying to get what is needed for US Customs but working with international vets. Every other aspect could not have gone better and we so appreciated everyone's understanding that these are our precious cargo. Thank you WorldCare!!! And thank you Reilly.

We recently moved from London to Tokyo with our cat, and as you can imagine, it was a huge transition, especially with all the paperwork and logistics involved. Use their service to transport my cat from Austin, TX to Miami, FL. The driver is very nice and provided updates for every stop, and even bought a blanket to keep my cat comfy. Very caring drivers. The coordinator is also very helpful and communicative.

I was originally planning on moving my dog from New York to Budapest myself, but as soon as I spoke with Giulia, I realized how wrong I could have gotten it. Rory’s a tall dog, and the first thing Giulia noted was that the crate I had was too small and would not have been approved by the airlines. It seemed like I’d just hung up the phone, when a new condo-crate arrived at our door. Giulia and her team walked us through every step of the process and what would happen on each leg of the trip. All of the paperwork was taken care of, discussions with vets made. Pickup was great. We got notification each time she landed, with photos of her journey—including the lovely pet handler playing with her at one stop who brought his own dog along for company. She was even chauffeured from Vienna because the crate was too large for the cargo door at the Budapest airport. The price for all this was surprisingly reasonable when considering a major move. And to not have to worry about any of this when dealing with all the other logistics of moving was wonderful. The people at Pet Care go out of their way to ensure both you and your pet have as easy and stress-free experience as possible.

Worldcare Pet Transport helped relocate my cat from the US to Malaysia recently. I'm very grateful to everyone involved, both in the U.S. and Malaysia, for bringing my cat home safely. Their patience, kindness, and genuine care toward my cat really shows, from the way they handled her during preparation and travel, to the thoughtful attention she received during her quarantine, and even on the final ride home. This company talks a good game but completely collapses when it comes time to deliver. From the start, they presented themselves as experts who understood exactly what was required to move our dog internationally. In reality, every step was a battle to get even the most basic level of service. Communication was abysmal. We received no proactive updates—only vague, last-minute scraps of information after chasing them relentlessly. Their so-called “after hours/emergency” contact methods were a complete joke, messages go unread and no one responds. We were not provided with a local contact, regardless of the 14 hour time difference and so were left waiting in silence for days, wondering what was happening with our high-risk dog. There is no backup plan, no accountability, and no urgency whatsoever. The only reason anything got done was because we escalated repeatedly and pushed them into action. They did the bare minimum, and even that required constant pressure. If I’d had any option to take over the process myself, I would have without hesitation. This experience was stressful, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone who cares about their animals.

After reviewing our records, I found that our Pet Relocation Counselor did respond to inquiries, albeit with time zone delays, and that photos of Boone were sent to you via WhatsApp. However, this did not provide the level of urgency or reassurance that you were hoping for, and for that, I sincerely apologize. Your experience does not reflect the values or service standards that we aim to consistently deliver. While we are saddened that this move did not succeed for you, your feedback highlights areas where we can improve, particularly in proactive communication and providing greater peace of mind during stressful processes like this.
