This is the second time we have used WorldCare Pet Transport to move our cats internationally. The first time was U.S. to France. The second time was France to Mexico. Reilly and the entire team completely understood that our cat, Morpheus, is family. No company comes close to their service, commitment, care, emotional support, and empathy. If WorldCare Pet Transport were a band, they would be the Beatles! Thank you!

Our move from NJ to WA with a senior dog was as smooth as can be. Amazing service, incredible staff and great communication every step of the way. All the people involved in the process were extremely professional and caring to our family. A special thanks to Edward who coordinated everything, Nick who did the pick-up in NJ, and Chris who did the drop-off in WA. Would highly recommend to anyone moving long-distance.

The whole team acted with such care and consideration for our two furkids, from helping us find the best flight paths and times, to making sure they could board together when they were off the plane. It meant the world to us that you truly listened to our concerns right from the start. Our cats, Nino and Lola, come from a shelter background and are very timid, but the team treated them with such genuine care and love. Be ready for last minute surprises. Communication from WCPT initially was amazing. The last minute changes included hikes. Be warned. Also they dropped the ball on alerting the sub contractor in Seattle that our pets had boarding scheduled for 2 nights until we arrived. At 2 am in Florida I get a call from the subcontractor asking what hotel we were staying in. After calling around I woke up the owner of WCPT who did take care of it. After my pets were dropped off I didn’t hear a word from WCPT. Also they charged me for vet paperwork they prefilled that wasn’t needed. If you are using military vet, they will fill all the appropriate paperwork as it is mainly DOW forms. We moved from Florida to Okinawa via Seattle. The subcontractor Wagging Trails who picked up my pets and took them to Atlanta airport was amazing. We loved her. She communicated every step of the way and sent pictures. The Seattle team from Friendly Grove Resort and spa for dogs were absolutely phenomenal. They sent plenty of updates with pictures. Long story short, if you do some research and are willing to do the leg work yourself, you can save lots of money. I asked for an itemized receipt for each cost and it was a joke. As a business major it would not even pass an audit. Next time I will book everything myself and save a few thousand dollars.

We also sincerely apologize for the breakdown in communication regarding the Seattle boarding. We are glad that this was ultimately resolved. And that you were very pleased with the boarding facility we selected.
We also appreciate your positive comments regarding our partners at Wagging Trails and the team at Friendly Grove Resort and Spa for Dogs. We are grateful to work with partners who provide such attentive care and communication, and we are pleased they helped support your pets during the journey.

I was very worried about this whole process but from the very beginning it was a smooth process. Reilly helped me feel at ease and make it such a smooth process from the paper work and vet visits to the hand off at the airport! The communication was constant to keep us updated and they treated my babies like it was their own kids and for that I’m so grateful!

Nicque took good care of Sprocket on his journey across the country and sent us lots of photos and videos along the way. Sprocket looked very comfortable with her. I was pretty stressed about the move, and Nicque's communication was really helpful.

Thank you to the WorldCare Pet Transport team for the careful transfer of my cat, Juno, from Dubai to London Marisa was a pleasure to liaise with virtually, and she explained very clearly the requirements needed to import Juno into London. We got Juno’s required vaccinations and that was our job done there. The WorldCare team took care of the rest, delivering our suitable crate, taking Juno for a pre-travel health check and assisting Juno to Dubai airport, even staying with her until she passed customs. Riza was our liaison in Dubai, assisting Juno with her appointments, and Riza was absolutely fantastic, caring and helpful, keeping us updated every step of the way There’s no way we could’ve done this move without the help of WorldCare Pet Transport! Thanks for making our move so much less stressful. Juno is now enjoying her new life in London 🫶🏽

Reilly was very kind and helpful through the whole process. I really appreciated also that Ludo and Lola's flight was rescheduled due to the fog that kept lingering in Krakow for a few days instead of having them stuck at the airport for extra hours. She also took the time to check up on them a couple of weeks after their arrival to see how they were doing. Thank you all for a smooth trip and process when it can be a stressful event.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry for the lack of follow-up to your request. You deserved a timely response, and we fell short.

I can confirm we received your quote form submissions on December 1, 2025 and again on December 14, 2025 for a move from the United States to New Zealand for two pets.

Unfortunately, during December and January, our team was managing a very high volume of requests alongside active moves, and we did not have the staffing capacity needed to properly support a New Zealand relocation. Because moves to New Zealand can be especially time-sensitive and detail-heavy, it would not have been responsible for us to take this on without the ability to give your pets and your timeline the attention they deserve.

We also understand how important it is to identify a qualified partner as early as possible for New Zealand moves, and we regret that our delay may have made that process more stressful. Please accept our sincere apologies.

We truly wish you and your pets a safe, smooth, and successful relocation to New Zealand.

We have had 2 wonderful experiences with using WorldCare Pet Transport for transporting our 4 yr old dog from the US to the UK and again from the UK back to the US a year later which happened in Dec. This company is a huge red flag. I needed a quote so I filled out their form on the website, sent an email AND left a voicemail - NO RESPONSE. If they can't even be bothered to do the bare minimum and provide a quote to potential clients, I can only imagine how horrible their communication will be when they are transporting your pets. EDIT in response to the owner: Ironic that you were able to find the time to respond to this negative review right away, but couldn't be bothered to respond to potential clients. Even if your staff had a personal event, there are so many easy, obvious ways to communicate this with your customers. How about an out of office notification? A pop-up on your website? A message on your answering machine? But I suppose that would've actually taken some foresight and effort on your part - something that World Care Pet seems to struggle with, along with accepting honest feedback.

I was full of anxiety knowing my dog Bo will have to embark on a long journey, away from everything he knows.
