I’d hear about “being drawn and quartered” and I’d think, I need that. Being attached to two cars that drive in opposite directions - I need that. My body is in a constant state of aches and discomfort, and I thought to myself that only torture can fix me at this point. Turns out all I actually needed was a trip to Workpoint under the skillful hands of Nam. I cannot in full words describe how incredible my session with Nam at Workpoint for a Thai RMT massage was, but I left the building with a spring in my step and a newfound appreciation for life. I feel so, so good - like my body took a very important first step in healing all the ills that a sedentary lifestyle imposes. I was nervous at first, because I’d never done a Thai massage before, but Nam was so incredibly reassuring and approachable. I told her I was nervous, and she started with very light pressure, and constantly checked in on me. I asked for a slight increase in pressure and she immediately found the sweet spot. She was so sweet and thorough. She never once made me feel uncomfortable, but she was also very clearly knowledgeable and familiar with the human body. With a background in physiotherapy, she was able to identify all of my tensest muscles and which pressure points would work best to alleviate the specific issues I was experiencing. The stretching that gets done with Thai massages is so unique to what I’ve experienced, but it is SO necessary. I came out of that session wanting to take better care of my body and stretching more independently. In fact, I believe that if you feel in your body that you NEED to start moving more, but just can’t get yourself to start, trying a Thai massage here is a really great step to jumpstart the process. I generally don’t believe that tipping is necessary in medical settings, and this was absolutely a medical service - and no one at Workpoint at any point made me feel pressured to tip in any way whatsoever - but all that being said, I feel like if Canada didn’t already have a tipping culture, I would’ve pioneered one right then and there. I have never felt it more justified to tip someone who is so competent in their role, who provides such a pivotal service, and at an establishment that is beyond fairly priced. I will absolutely be back, and I would easily recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you so much Nam!

Amazing massage But I don't understand when a professional therapist asks for tips..

Hi Josh, Thank you for your review. We are glad that you liked the massage and you were curious about the tipping. We don’t ask clients to tip. It’s an option when they pay. If they don’t want to give, they can skip this option with our pleasure. We already refunded you for the tip and sincerely apologize for confusing you. Thank you

Terrible experience… over billed me then manager called to argue over $15 after i spent close to 400. Unprofessional and low rent operation.

Hi Samo Thank you for visiting. Just to be clear, you had an appointment with us from 2:45 - 4:15pm for 90 min and you arrived on time but you spent 15 min in the washroom so your time would have left 75 min. That’s why you got charged for 90 min. We don’t care about $15 but we care about respect of our time and your booking. As we discussed on the phone, we already refunded you full amount of your session. You will get it back in 5 business days. You’re welcome to look for another place that meet your expectations. Thank you.

Been here twice and loved it both times. They’ve got great customer service, very accommodating and know how to give a proper deep tissue massage addressing back and shoulder knots. Will definitely keep visiting

As neighbors and regular customers, we have found the massage services to be friendly and accommodating, often able to schedule us for same-day appointments. While the experience may differ from traditional Thai massages in Thailand, their skills are effective, although the treatment may be slightly uncomfortable at times. Overall, we have found that we feel better after the session.

The best masseuses in the area. Clean place, and the pressure levels are great. Highly recommended…
