AC broke on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. They were out by 5:30 and fixed at a reasonable price. Mateo always has the best service, give the man a raise

These guys have been taking care of all my HVAC work for a couple of years now. Most recently, they repaired a torn flex duct in my attic. I plan to keep using them and signed up for their service plan. I recommend them.
Update. They replaced an air handler and after a couple of weeks the AC was not cooling. The first guy they came out said there was a slow refrigerant leak in my condenser unit and charged $350 to recharge it. They recommended I replace the unit and I decline. Then another guy from SMS came out and found the leak in the new air handler they just installed so it was covered under warranty. There was not a leak in the condenser unit. I should have been charge to refill due to the warranty leak. And it was misdiagnosed which could have cost thousands.

Ming Jun came to our home this morning to service our two air conditioning systems. Southern mechanics team not only arrived on time but also shared their ETA with a text message.
They fixed both my AC units, completing all necessary tasks without any headaches (back and forth). Also, they made sure that the area where they worked was left in the same immaculate condition as when he arrived. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

I've been using this company for my AC maintenance for several years now, and they’ve been consistently excellent. They’re professional, reliable, and quick to respond—especially in emergencies. Their service is top-notch every time.
One thing I really appreciate is that they send reminders when it's time for maintenance. In the past, I’d forget and wait too long, which led to my system shutting down. Thanks to their reminders and proactive service, that hasn’t been an issue anymore.

Update.9/30/2025.... still using this company for all my HVAC repairs and are still above and beyond awesome! Recently, just had my commercial ice machine repaired they were prompt and Incredibly nice.....Always Prompt Professional Services... extremely reliable.... using them for well over a year now and do my yearly maintenance to prevent any future problems.... staff is courteous.... they text and call ahead.... work is always put little footies over there shoes so to not track any dirt into your house.... and reasonably priced
