James Yates just wrapped up a commercial project for us in Cornelius to day. Logistically challenging, multi phase, crack seal, seal coating and re-striping job that included replacement signage and some power washing. He directed every aspect of the Rose Paving scope of work, kept us the owners in the loop every single day, and also communicated directly with the tenants to provide updates & schedule information. Extremely organized, highly professional, and a great attention to detail. Kudos to James and the Rose Paving crew. A very successful, value add, Safety-and curb appeal project. Highly recommend.

I live right around the corner from their office and these guys FLY down my road (which has a children's head start AND park on it) I had to tell a guy in one of the red pickups to slow down this morning! If one of your crew members hits my dog or my kids, so help me God! I have plenty of these activities saved on my camera system. Control your drivers please! Edit to 2026: I moved to Ashland City and what do you know, a Rose Paving truck FLYING down Ashland City Hwy. Doing 55 in a 30mph zone

We live in an HOA. The company employees came around and posted notices on our garages that were pictures of a map of our community that sealcoating was to be done on two different dates. The size of it was pretty small and no one could figure out which group was which date. I called and the office girls did not know, I had to call again. Finally someone called me back. Problem no 2 was it was going to be done on garbage date so we had to keep our garbage for 2 weeks. Someone needs to communicate better with the HOA and the people affected by the project.
