They did not cut the grass or clean up in front of our unit however they expect payment from the OC

You had failed to do your job that you now state proudly you have been paid for , how proud are you.
Off course a customer is upset you failed to correct your mistakes and were rude to me when you tried to bully me for asking you to do your job that you have been paid for and kept making excuses
You could have fixed the the issue in five minutes to resolve the problem but you choose to argue way longer than five minutes making excuses for not do your paid for work
This tells us the measure of the man and found wanting
You have taken advantage of us
Yes you will be paid but as you say best not to come back here due to your poor performance
Unfortunately like this occasion services or trades can be very hit or miss in Owners Corporation environment there have been too many times like this not doing a proper job as paid for, hoping their laziness Will not be noted by either tenants or owners
Yes I will call out poor performance like this

Unfortunately OC has decided to pay based on 4 out 5 other residents. I just got an instruction from other residents to do mowing and edging (got an instruction only to do the nature strip and frontyard area, and I have sent a report before and after job as well - which I have all these in writing), which I've done and also take the green waste away as well (this job has been done at 28/10).
You came yesterday to your property found out that your area hasn't been done and called me 3/11 by 7:30pm and rudely swearing at me. And I told you that I always finished what I got instructed.
And I came this morning 4/11, by 8:30am. Which I wasted 15 minutes just to hear you fought with your neighbours, your attitude and behaviour very unacceptable.
Bottom line is OC will not pay me if they are not happy and other residents are happy with me. I feel really sorry for them that I decline the on going maintenance due to 1 person around the neighbourhood that apparently has many problems with neighbours, OC and other contractors as well.
I will gladly go back there to do the job if you have a better attitude.
I always give more and commit to finish the job until today.
