Dr. Kumar is the kind of doctor that restores your faith in doctors! She knows what she is doing and is updated with all the latest research she knowledge. Dr. Kumar spent a lot of time talking with me, addressing the issues and the options. Her bed side manner is fantastic. Easy to talk too. I have not known how to resolve my health problems and she had the answer. Highly recommend!
Changed my Daughter's Life
Dr. Kumar was the umpteenth specialist my daughter has seen over the past several years. Daughter had a myriad of symptoms - some which mimicked UTIs (mostly negative) and other symptoms that seemed unrelated (though they occurred simultaneously). My daughter was either dismissed or tests were run that came back negative - end of story with each specialist. Dr. Kumar did not give up and at one point looked her in the eye and said 'I believe you'. I almost cried, after so much dismissal. After a few visits and one procedure, Dr. Kumar said that she felt that my daughter might have endometriosis (which, granted, is very difficult to diagnose). She referred us to Dr. Yaniv Larish, a surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive, robotic endo treatment (his excellent review is coming next). It turns out that my daughter - at the age of 23 - had rampant endometriosis. They changed her life and likely preserved her fertility. The recovery has not been easy, but my gratitude is endless.
Dr. Kumar is the best urologist, excellent bedside manner, treating patients with dignity and respect. Very knowledgeable and up to date with new medical/treatment innovation. For the past few years I’ve seen several urologist and no one could give me hopes or help me with recurrent UTIs I have been suffering for years. Dr. Kumar was the ONLY doctor that put a plan of care together to help me have a normal life.

One of the Best Doctors I Have Seen
Dr. Kumar is 1) highly competent and highly qualified, 2) takes as much time as needed to discuss problems and answer questions, 3) very gentle, as she deals with sensitive areas, 4) very knowledgeable.I recommend her highly and would mention that she is particularly helpful for women who have seen other urologists or urogynecologists and have not found solutions for their issues, or who have ongoing issues.
There are not enough good things to say about Dr.Kumar and her team. After a year of struggling with UTIs and UTI symptoms, after a year of seeing 4 different doctors and all of them telling me I’m fine and offering no relieve, I truly felt like I hit a dead end until I got an apt with Dr.Kumar. She took the time to sit with me and fully understand my story from start to finish. She gave me actual reasons why I was experiencing what I was feeling instead of dismissing it like all the other doctors did. She offered several different treatment plans and solutions. Under her care, I am actually now better. She is worth every penny and will give you hope when you think there is none left. I can’t recommend a doctor more.
I have struggled with recurrent UTIs for years, and it did not make any difference no matter what I did. I've felt dismissed and invalidated at previous urologists, and at my wits' end I found people recommending Dr Kumar online. To say I am relieved to have found her practice is an understatement. Dr Kumar is so knowledgeable about female urological issues and is such a comforting person, and her practice is well run by great staff. I highly recommend them!!
