This is my second time booking with WOLO, and once again, they exceeded all expectations. After an amazing trip to Thailand in 2024, I recently booked my Bali holiday through them, and everything was absolutely flawless.
A huge thank you to Dylan for his incredible service, communication, and attention to detail from booking right through to the end of my trip. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe, supported, and well-informed. The international team was available 24/7, responded to any concerns immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout my journey.
The Bali itinerary was beautifully curated, the villas were absolutely stunning, and the thoughtful birthday surprises made the trip even more special. Everything was seamless, well-organized, and fantastic value for money.
I cannot recommend WOLO Travel highly enough.
I had the absolute pleasure of planning my birthday celebration with Paul Roberts. Bali was the destination and Paul did the bookings, flights transfers hotel reservations and activities, What a smooth transition, the on ground support with patient humble and knowledgeable guides, awesome hotel staff who made my celebration even more special, we stayed in Seminyak and Ubud and walked Bali always feeling safe even at night, did Motel Mexicola and The Forge for dancing, Backyard for awesome burgers Japanese food ,Wedja, Monkey Forrest massages flower baths and hotel poolside margaritas, waterfalls temples and Potato Head Beach club. Our recent trip to Thailand, over the period 30 April 2026 to 12 May 2026, was absolutely amazing, and we would like to thank Wolo Travel for making it such a memorable experience. From the planning stage to our return home, everything was well organized and professionally handled.
The support and communication from the Wolo Travel team were excellent throughout the journey. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made us feel valued and well looked after. The excellent service rendered by Sarettie Mzalimbo of the Centurion branch deserve special mention. Sarettie communicated with us in Afrikaans which was much appreciated. The Wolo Travel Care Team also did a fantastic job to keep us informed regarding the ongoing situation and possible disruptions due to the war in the Middle East. It needs to be mentioned that we did our bookings in February 2026 and that no changes had to be made to the initial itinerary.
Our stay at The SIS Kata Resort in Phuket was exceptional. The facilities were excellent, modern, and impeccably maintained. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, and their friendly, attentive service made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was superb, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. Combined with the hotel's beautiful setting and relaxed atmosphere, it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy our time in Phuket. We would highly recommend The SIS Kata Hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Bangkok was an exciting and vibrant part of our journey, filled with fascinating sights, incredible shopping, and a unique energy. However, it was very busy and a far cry from the relaxed atmosphere we enjoyed in Kata, Phuket. The contrast between the bustling city life of Bangkok and the peaceful beaches and laid-back lifestyle of Kata gave us the opportunity to experience two very different sides of Thailand, both of which made our trip even more memorable. We will, however, not visit Bangkok again.
We highly recommend Wolo Travel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable travel experience. Thank you for helping us enjoy such a wonderful trip to Thailand. We look forward to booking our next adventure with you!

Recently went on tour to India arranged through Wolo Travel Centurion. This is our 3rd holiday through Wolo and once again, everything went like clockwork. From the moment we landed in Dehli to the drop-off at Mumbai 11 days later. Shuttles were on time, rail tickets booked, internal flight also without a hitch. The guided tours included were great and the guides went over and above the normal sightseeing trips. A shoutout to Thato, who once again, made the holiday another unforgettable adventure.

Firstly, I want to say WOW, and thank you for an amazing holiday!
From the first flight, everything was well arranged. Check-in and connecting flights were smooth, and none of our baggage was damaged or lost. We didn’t have to worry about it being delivered in Dubai, as Emirates arranged everything to go directly to Phuket, and back on your returned trip.
The hotel, staff, at Kata Sea Breeze Hotel exceeded our expectations.The rooms and hospitality offered were perfect. I am highly impressed. Both the ground staff and the team in Thailand were so accommodating and friendly— I didn’t have to stress about anything.
The hotel collection and transfer service were excellent. The sightseeing and tours were truly amazing, your tour guides (Pum and Tom) were extremely knowledgeable and explained with much passion the history of Thailand and the best part was the memories and friendships we made.
I would highly recommend Wolo Travels to family and friends and will definitely use your services again in the future.

Had an amazing trip with WOLO on the Essential Phuket & Phi Phi fully loaded package (21 Apr to 3 May 2026).
Everything was very well organised (with special thanks to Mosa Mokgoera), from airport transfers to hotel pickups and tours. The guides for the Thailand experiences were knowledgeable, friendly and spoke good English, which really added to the overall experience.
The WOLO care team kept us informed about flight changes ahead of the trip, which we really appreciated.
Closer to our return, Emirates changed our flight, which would have resulted in a 30+ hour wait in Dubai. We reached out to WOLO via WhatsApp and they responded immediately. The initial options from the airline were not ideal, but WOLO stepped in and handled everything.
A big thank you to Yazeed from the Care team. We would initially have had to pay for an extra night in Phi Phi or cover our own flight from Johannesburg, but he arranged our Dubai visa and accommodation and rerouted us via Johannesburg back to Cape Town. We still got home on 3 May as planned, just later in the day.
Great support when it mattered most. Would definitely travel with WOLO again.

Our experience with WOLO was extremely amazing, from the start when we were planning our first international trip. They were very understanding and allowed us to change what we needed. Francois and Palesa were very friendly and helpful until the day finally arrived . Palesa made sure that she checks on us even after we have bookended and paid until the day of departure. Upon arrival the transfer agent will be waiting for you and they do send messages to confirm that they await for you. The cultural experience with Tom was my highlight and Tom was the best tour guide we could ever asked for. The beaches experience the weather was not on our side but our tour guide made sure that we still enjoy the experience.
