No communication from our travel agent of changed flight schedules which resulted in added expenses on our part, and a 10hr lay over before the next flight! the lack of communication continued once we arrived at our destination. After traveling for over 21hrs arrived at hotel late at night to be told there was no communication about separate beds had to wait for them to try and sort out rooms for us and the lack of communication just continued into other parts of our holiday! Not a good experience at all with our travel agent but Wolo did assist throughout the trip whenever contacted…not the best experience

We’d like to clarify that your agent was in regular contact from the planning process right through to when you were on your holiday. Your flight details were included in your booking confirmation email for checking. They also secured a lower overall package price by carefully sourcing lower-cost flight options, which they confirmed would include a longer layover. While the longer layover was outlined in your booking confirmation, we acknowledge that there may have been another opportunity to highlight this verbally.

Regarding the room setup, there was a miscommunication around the request for separate beds, and as soon as this was raised, our team worked with the hotel without delay to upgrade your room to ensure you were comfortable.

Separately, when reconfirming an included massage for your friends on their booking, we also arranged a complimentary massage for you, as we want all our travellers to feel equally well looked after.

We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to ensuring every trip with us feels effortless from start to finish.

Our trip had a rocky start due to issues with my passport and airline check in🥲 but after all that was sorted we were set for an incredible experience in Thailand! My trip to Bali was absolutely transformative — from the lively charm of the Legian area to the peaceful embrace of Ubud. Every moment was filled with beauty, calm, and connection, leaving me renewed in mind, spirit, and soul. One of the most powerful highlights was my Balinese cleansing ceremony, a traditional healing ritual that helped me release, reflect, and realign on a deeper level. Add to that the breathtaking views of Panang Beach, and this journey became one of pure serenity and self-discovery. A special mention goes to our amazing driver and guide, Vicky, who made my first visit to Bali unforgettable. He went above and beyond — offering great advice, sharing local insights, and ensuring every moment was meaningful. I not only had a fantastic guide but also gained a new friend. And of course, heartfelt thanks to my travel agent, Luci, who helped me plan this beautiful journey with such care and attention to detail — everything was seamless from start to finish.
