I saw so many good reviews and figure I would give this place a try, boy was I wrong? The food was sooo disgusting no taste whatsoever and no seasoning for 45 dollars I would much preferred starving!!! This is my first time ever writing a food review but I had to ! I was soo disappointed I couldn’t believe what they sent me this calling it food. I couldn’t even eat it !! They said this is supposed to be fried rice, shrimp raw and cold with no seasoning rice is white with no seasoning just cold and gross! totally unbelievable and a waste of my hard earned money.

I wanted traditional Chinese food this is not it. I chose to build my own but the pork friend rice is not pork fried rice..Portions look large because it’s all rice! I called to see if they would make it right the employee basically said I would have had to build my own pork fried rice? No soy sauce nothing I guess I would have had to order and pay extra for that too. Not a fan. Won’t go back.

Because Wok N’ Roll is set up as a customizable concept, pork fried rice would need to be built that way on the order rather than coming through automatically as a traditional Chinese takeout-style item.

Good news, bad news.
Went here over the weekend and got the Head Banger. Was pretty good. When I was ordering the guy asked me if I wanted an egg roll. I said sure. He talked me into a specialty one. Idk its name. Said its one of the ones they sell at shea stadium w/ the Mets. was like $6 which was fine.
So... The egg roll was like a mini fried burrito. was absolutely amazing. The bad news is that egg rolls are the only thing I'm ever going to get from this place now bc it was so damn good. Could get like two of them for the price of a normal dish. Could probably be real fat and go for a third one.
Bottom line, the food is great here. But I suggest going egg roll crazy. I wish I took a picture to include with this post but to be honest I ate it while driving home and it was consumed so fast that no photo was taken.
Definitely grab an egg roll. Though its $5 a pop, you'll love the Rollin sticky egg roll. It's like Texas in an egg roll and you're going to love it, honestly was our favorite part of the meal. The noodles were also flavoreable and they have a great mix and options, but man those egg rolls are something I'm going to remember
Update for 2026: This place is still as good as ever! Cannot recommend enough!!!
After Wok to Walk closed in Manhattan, I was sad that I'd lost my noodle place! However, when I heard about Wok N Roll, I knew I had to try it. Needless to say, I'm not disappointed! The Spicy Chili sauce reminds me of WTW's hot asia sauce, and I'm so so glad I found a better (and closer) alternative! Hope this place sticks around!!
