I had a FUE procedure yesterday, which followed on from a couple of consultations with Dr Sebastian and correspondences with Theresa and Barbara. Aside from the positive reviews, and the team clearly being knowledgeable, the decision to proceed was made by myself without any sales spiel or pushiness. Procedure took around 8 hours for just under 2,800 grafts and the morning after, I have no pain or issues and now just have to wait for the results. Even before I had woken up, there was an email checking in on me, which was great to see.
I had several of the team work on me throughout the course of the day and everyone was friendly, which made the day so much easier. Clearly a happy environment which no doubt helps make everyone enjoy what they are doing. Thank you Dr Sebastian and all the ladies for making what could have been a traumatic day seem so normal :) I will now anxiously await my results.

Had my FUE hair transplant last week with Dr Grahame Shaw. He gave me such confidence in his work and how the day would pan out. From taking time to re drawing my hairline until he and I were happy with it until the finish, which included an extra 100 top up grafts so everything was to his liking. The staff were lovely, friendly and ultra professional. Dr Shaw even got me dressed and walked me to the door. Pure class.The next day Marzena put my mind at rest after I hit my head on the cab door. She attended 2 dislodged grafts and washed my hair. What an angel.
Would absolutely recommend.

Dr Sebastian was a complete professional during my online video consultation. He is very personable, and look the time to explain all of my options thoroughly. Whilst I am not quite a candidate yet and would be better suited to medical approach for my age, I appreciated the honest approach where another clinic was trying to offer me a date at a reduced rate and frequently followed up for me to book. I had a really positive experience throughout my hair transplant. From the start, Dr Grahame came across as someone who genuinely cares about the end result, not just the procedure itself. He spent a lot of time planning and designing the hairline and overall approach, and it was clear he sees this as a craft as much as surgery — very much a hair connoisseur.
Marzena was fantastic and clearly Dr Grahame’s right-hand person. She was welcoming, cheerful, and incredibly reassuring throughout, which made a big difference. The whole experience was centred around making you feel comfortable and looked after, and I genuinely felt like the number one priority the entire time.
The only part that wasn’t much fun was the initial anaesthetic injections, which are uncomfortable, but thankfully short-lived. I had two days of surgery, so going into the second day I felt much more mentally prepared. Once the anaesthetic kicks in, it’s surprisingly relaxed — watching TV, chatting with the team, and passing the time quite easily.
Overall, it was a very calm, professional, and well-run experience, and I’m really glad I chose this clinic.

Surgeon: Dr Sebastian Deme
My face-to-face consultation with Dr Seb was great. He was professional but friendly, and as expected confidently answered all my questions. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, which I appreciated.
On the day I was greeted by Gabriela who was really caring and made me feel at ease. The team made sure I was comfortable. In fact, it was quite relaxing. Dr Seb was efficient but I could tell he was really careful about the placement of the incisions. I felt like I was in good hands.
I was slightly dreading the implantation stage due to a previous very painful surgery with a different clinic in Istanbul, but Dr Seb's team were very quick to use more anaesthetic when needed, making sure it was as painless as possible.
Everyone I've talked to in person and by email (including Theresa and Barbara) has been great.
I've already recommended Westminster Medical Group to a couple of people. It's early days, but I've no doubt the results will be great. I'll try to update this review in a year or so to confirm.

I recently had a 2300-graft FUE hair transplant at Westminster Medical Group on Harley Street with Dr Sebastian Deme. What stood out was that my consultation was with the actual surgeon, not a salesperson, and he took the time to design a natural, age-appropriate hairline and explain everything clearly.
On the day, the procedure ran smoothly. It took around 7 hours, lunch was provided, and the team were attentive throughout. Aside from the local anaesthetic, it was completely pain-free, and Dr Deme completed all incisions and stayed until the end supervising the technicians. Aftercare has been excellent. I was given all products needed and returned two days later for a wash and aftercare guidance. I’m now 9 days post-op and really happy with the early look and density.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Westminster Medical Group and Dr Deme for a natural result and a professional, non-salesy experience. For transparency, I am a promotional patient, but this is an honest review of my experience.

Superb , they were all so friendly. Great energy among the staff , room is clean , attentive. Provided Crocs , lunch , tv , water and more, even talking to the staff was like speaking to a friend. They eased my nerves to the fullest. They work on a one patient a day rule so all their attention is on you. You can tell everyone enjoys working there. Would highly recommend

I would like to start of this review by saying if I could give more stars I would. I had my Transplant 3 days ago and the process went better than I could have ever imagined. As soon as I stepped foot inside the Clinic I felt at ease. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and reassuring. Dr Sebastian Deme put my mind at ease right away and got rid of any worries I had. The numbing injections didn't hurt as much as I thought (Arguably this is the worst part of the procedure) The Technicians and Dr Sebastien would constantly ask me if I was OK and if I felt in any pain. The whole procedure lasted about 8 hours and it flew by. I felt very relaxed, chatting to the Dr / Surgeons and watching TV. Even though I am only early days and still recovering I have very high hopes for the results in the future. If you are thinking about getting a Hair Transplant then I can whole heartedly recommend WMG. They really do look after you.

The experience was really amazing. They were extremely accommodating in terms of setting up the procedure and fitting me in. I had pre zooms with the surgeon to go through everything. The set up was really professional and precise and the attitude of the staff was really welcoming, kind and friendly. I had a hair transplant with Dr Grahame Shaw at Westminster Medical Group, and I’m really pleased with how it went. From the consultation to the surgery itself, everything felt professional and well-organised. The clinic only does one surgery per day, which gave me confidence that I had their full attention. I’m now a few days post-op and already very happy with the design and service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a London-based option.
I am especially happy with the donor area. Best I have seen usually the holes are much bigger but mine were tiny and unoticable from day 1.

There comes a point....
There comes a point in life where you need to take charge of certain situations and my hair loss was certainly one of them! I approached the WMG clinic in London early 2023 and on meeting Dr Sebastian and his aid Marzena I decided this was the right place to have my procedure. Over 2 years later now and I am still amazed at how much younger having a hairline has made to my appearance. Many thanks to the whole team.
