From beginning to end, everyone at Wiztec was truly a wiz at what they did. Communications from the Main Office were prompt and our questions were answered. For us, we needed eight security cameras installed at various places on the property. The techs from Wiztec were able to run the cables through the attic, despite the lack of space at the ends where the roof slopes down, and get them installed where I indicated. Despite my satisfaction with the installation, my wife was not fully satisfied. This was where the tech team shined beyond expectations because they were able to make adjustments and changes to her satisfaction, which is no easy feat. There is no need to look further. The crew did a great job getting our Ethernet set up in a day. They communicated well with us throughout the project and even came out on a weekend to get us a quote so we didn’t have to miss work. We are in a 1972 house so this upgrade is a big help! My spouse is in IT and was really happy with the quality of product they proposed. The crew was even great with our dog that supervised the work.
