I have ordered twice from this company. Orders are very slow (even if you pay extra for fast shipping) and communication is very poor. I would not suggest ordering if you need your products promptly.

We appreciate all feedback, but we also believe context matters.
The items ordered were specialist Welch Allyn replacement bulbs that were clearly marked as backorder products at the time of purchase. These are not standard stock items and, as noted on our website, backorders typically carry supplier lead times of several weeks.
Selecting expedited shipping does not bypass a manufacturer backorder. It simply upgrades the courier service once the products are available for dispatch.
We were particularly surprised by the comment regarding communication, as our team responded to your enquiry within hours and was actively investigating ways to secure stock sooner prior to this review being submitted.
We understand that waiting for backorder equipment can be frustrating. However, we feel it is only fair to note that this order’s timeline was driven by supplier availability rather than a failure to process or ship the order.
We remain available to assist and will continue to provide updates as stock becomes available.
