Incomplete delivery! As much as they have a good rating from many, i must also reviewbthem according to my experience, which was frustrating and annoying. They do know that they are dealing with guys in the medical profession therefore one doesn't really have time to complaint to a silly AI whatsapp response and nothing further then that. When you decide to call in, again theres actually not way to speak to any of their consultants. I bought 2 stethoscopes and paid for them. They arrived with the boxes sealed but parts missing. I previously bought these same stets and therefore know the accessories, are in the small boxes which are missing when these arrived. Basically im given some of the parts and there's no way to sort it out.

The website is very easy to navigate. The delivery was also very fast, I only waited 3 working days and received my package. The package was also nicely packed and arrived safely. Will definitely recommend buying from them.
