Extreme spray foam is the way to go. Not only can I feel the difference in the temperature of the house, but the electric bill reflects it aswell. I Love how the foam fills all crevices even the smallest spaces blocking out unwanted pest, and also protecting against mold. I am very happy with the results. Very professional service, and I will definitely be using this product in the near future on other projects.
I would highly recommend Spray tech for your close cell spray foam insulation needs. Of the 4 highly rated companies I got estimates from, Caleb from Spray tech was the only one came up with the thermal envelope proposal for our stair case area next to the rooms we are remodeling. He was willing to go the extra mile to do it right and not nickel and dime us. The cost is reasonable for close cell spray foam as it will cost more than conventional insulation but we wanted much better overall insulation so we went with close cell. the cost ended up hurting less since Caleb gave us a good discount to insulate our rim joists in the basement which had no insulation at all.
Alex, the spray tech was very professional. He sprayed for almost 9 hrs and truly a trooper. The pictures speak for the work quality and we are very happy of the overall results. Definitely will reuse them again for future projects
