Needed a new toilet, old one was broken. Young man came and explained options and gave us quote. Upon agreement he called and someone delivered unit and installation completed rather quickly. Installer was very personable and efficient. Completed task in good time and departed. Only issue has been the new seat had a tendency to move off of its secure fixture. Called and someone came in a couple of hours and gave me an inservice in how to repair if necessary. Very pleased with the entire process.
Updated review Nov. 2025: big shout out to Chet and Jeremy! We found a leak in our crawlspace late on Friday night. We reached out to Winters because of our previous good experience. They came out and worked all day (on a weekend from 9am-11pm) to fully replace all the pipes in our crawl space. We were bracing to be without water until Monday - they went above and beyond to not only restore water, but help us avoid bigger problems down the line. They were professional, clean, fair priced, great with communication, and did solid work.
Original review: We had a frozen pipe in our garage by our water heater in January - this was our first time and we were concerned how far into the wall/house the frozen pipes went. We called 3 different plumbing companies before we reached Winters. They were able to come out the same day, which was a relief. The tech was professional, explained things clearly and fixed the issue quickly (repairs have held up - no issues since initial repair a year ago!)
