Mil gracias José por toda tu ayuda. Me explicó todo lo que estaba pasando con mi secadora y lavadora. Las dos fueron reparadas el mismo día. Persona honesta, respetuosa y sabe de lo que hace.

Thank you so much, Karis! We truly appreciate your kind words and your trust in us. It was our pleasure to help with your washer and dryer. We’re glad we could get both repaired the same day. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help. Thank you again for your support! — José, Affordable Appliances LLC
Excelente servicio.
Good price for a used washer/dryer and delivery went well. My technician/delivery man was José.
I wish I could give them a 6th star. I’ve never written a google review because I’ve never had a shopping experience genuinely surprise me until today. We purchased a complete washer/dryer set in great condition for less than what it would’ve costed to rent the same appliances for a year. They delivered them to our third floor apartment, installed them, and didn’t even ask for payment until we were able to use both machines after install. AND THE USED MACHINES COME WITH WARRANTY?!? Anyone in San Antonio who needs a cost effective washer/dryer should absolutely go to them.
Very professional extremely mannerable very nice and willing to work with you definitely will recommend this company to everyone... He is definitely top-tier so pleasant
He was very good on teaching us how everything works, on time, very professional kind. We will buy again if we need anything. We'll recommend this company
👌👍
Recommend 1000%! They were extremely knowledgeable about all the washers and dryers they sell, very informative about each machine, and completely transparent throughout the entire process. They’re also very trustworthy, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. They delivered, installed, and made sure everything was plugged in and working perfectly before leaving. What I loved most is that they don’t accept payment until they show you everything working and make sure you’re satisfied. Amazing customer service from start to finish — highly recommend!!!

We showed up wayy before they even opened on accident, still José was polite, showed us his inventory, talked about prices and warranty and quickly scheduled us time for him to drop it off. He didn’t have us pay until he showed all of the cycles and how to use both the washer and dryer, showed us how to use the website the warranty was on and even took our old washer and dryer. Overall very polite and would absolutely work with again! 10/10
